Furnished apartment in idyllic and unique situation of Gran Canaria. Second floor. Very bright. Ideal year-round climate. With wonderful views of the sea and the dunes of Maspalomas, it is only 30 m to the beach access. Large living room with large balcony and kitchenette, equipped to enjoy the nice weather. In quiet with all services at hand area without using the car, although the property has private and exclusive parking. Restaurants, entertainment area, and the shopping area are just a five minute walk. The property has 3 bedrooms, the first one with en suite, has a double bed of 1.60 mx 1.90 m, fully equipped, with wardrobe and air conditioning. A second bedroom has a + bed plus an extra bed. The third, with balcony access, has two beds, plus an extra bed. The apartment is fully equipped with modern and comfortable air for 6, but could accommodate up to 7 people.

Just wanted to say thank you so much, we have had a lovely holiday. The apartment is amazing. We come to Gran Canaria for our Christmas holidays every year. This has been the best stay so far. Great location, and the sea views are brilliant. I would highly recommend!
We enjoyed our stay in this very complete apartment. Only seconds away from the sea and dunes, and close to shops and restaurant, it is ideally situated. The responsiveness of the landlord to whatever questions is praiseworthy. We can recommend this place to anyone loving sea and sun.

This is an exceptional property in the best location! The view of the dunes and beach is breathtaking! The condo is located on the 3rd floor with stairs so if you have little ones or mobility problems this could be a problem. It worked great for us! Everything inside the condo is updated and lovely. The A/C worked great even though we didn't need to use it much. The host is super responsive and kind! Highly recommend this for your vacation!

Quiet and comfortable - a great stay!
We had a lovely stay for one week in the beginning of december 2015. Travelling with 3 adults and three children at the age of 1, 2 and 3, you need things to go smooth. And it did! Much thanks to the conveniency of the flat, the closeness to the beach, the mini marked, the well equipped kitchen (but no oven for proper home cooking) and the big veranda with great morning view of the sun and the dunes. Thank you for nice hospitality and quick respond from the landlord and the caring receptionists at Oasis dunes. Just one notice: The swimmingpool area next door is great, but it is not warmed up and not particularly friendly for small kids. Thank you for a great stay. We would love to come back and we can warmly recommend this place!

Wir haben 2 Wochen in diesem sehr gut ausgestatteten Appartement verbracht. Alles entspricht absolut der Beschreibung. Es gibt rundherum Fliegengitter, eine elektrische Markise, eine sehr moderne hochwertige Küche, technische Ausstattung auf dem neusten Stand…
Der Ausblick auf die Dünen und das Meer ist grandios. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants sind in kürzester Zeit fussläufig erreichbar. Zum Strand ist es nur 1 Minute.
Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war sehr freundlich und unproblematisch. Bei Fragen oder Problemen war er zu jeder Zeit erreichbar und hat uns sofort weitergeholfen.
Wir werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen….obwohl wir doch eine Kleinigkeit vermisst haben: wir haben keine Eierbecher gefunden 😄

"Eierbecher": we try to have at home all we need ... some times happens that we miss something... this is the case !. Next time you will find them in the kitchen.

Nette und angenehme Kommunikation mit Vermieter. Fragen und kleinere Probleme konnten sofort geklärt werden. Wohnung liegt perfekt, alles, was man sich wünscht ist schnell zu erreichen. Das Meer, der kleine warme Pool, Brötchen am Morgen und die Promenade mit netten Cafes und Restaurants.
Wohnung hat eine moderne Küche mit allem Komfort. Frühstück am Morgen auf dem Balkon in der Sonne mit Blick auf das Meer, besser geht nicht. Überhaupt hat man das Meer durch die großen Glasschiebetüren im Wohnzimmer ständig im Blick. Einmal die Woche wurde die Wohnung ordentlich gereinigt mit Wäschewechsel. Sehr angenehm. Wir waren 4 Wochen zu Gast und fühlten uns vertraut.
Die Ferienwohnung direkt am langen Sandstrand und die umliegenden Restaurants, einfach ein perfekter Ort um die Ferien zu geniessen. Wir haben es sehr schön gefunden. DANKE FÜR ALLES !

Wir waren vor zwei Jahren schon einmal in dieser Wohnung und hatten sie bestens in Erinnerung. In der Zwischenzeit wurde sie renoviert und sie ist noch schöner geworden. Die Lage ist ein Traum, da man über die anderen Bungalows schauen kann, hat man einen wunderbaren Blick aufs Meer und die Dünen und ist nicht weit von Restaurants und Geschäften. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet und es fehlt an nichts. Sehr gut ist auch, dass man einen eigenen Parkplatz hat, dennParkplätze in der Straße sind rar. Absolut empfehlenswert!
This apartment is comfortable and clean. It is extremely well located with a decent view of the beach and easy access to the beach. There was good wifi and a parking space in a part of Maspalomas where parking is very hard to find otherwise. The layout and contents were ideal and the host was very friendly and accommodating. We were very pleased and hope to return.

Das App. ist das Geld wert wenn alles funktioniert und vorhanden ist und es keine Bauarbeiten gibt.
Der Check-in-Vorgang wurde erschwert,da es keine begleitende E-Mail gab.Es gab keinerlei Putzmittel/Hilfen wie z.B. einen Staubsauger.Der Balkong mit seiner wunderschönen Aussicht war kaum zu gebrauchen,da links und rechts im Abstand von 30-80 m Bauarbeiten ausgeführt wurden ( Bagger/Presslufthammer usw ).Es war kein Sonnenschirm vorhanden--auch nicht nach Anfrage beim Vermieter. Waehrend der ersten Nacht gab es ein Leck in der Klimaanlage im Wohnzimmer,so dass Wasser entlang der Wand auf den Fussboden lief.Das Wasser wurde von uns mit Handtüchern -- erinnere : keine Putzhilfen -- entfernt .Die Klimaanlage wurde am selben Tag erfolgreich repariert. Das Badezimmer das mit dem Hauptschlafzimmer zusammenhängt stank während der ganzen Zeit mehr oder weniger stark nach Abfluss/Toilette,so dass das Schlafzimmer unbrauchbar war. Es wurde vom Vermieter erklärt,dass das Problem durch ein naheliegendes Hotel verursacht wurde und auch ein allgemeines Problem in der Gegend sei. Das andere Badezimmer roch allerdings nicht nach Abfluss/Toilette...……Das App. ist das Geld wert,wenn all diese Probleme beseitigt werden. Vom Besitzer gab es kein finanzielles Entgegenkommen.

We are very sorry about your bad experience in Maspalomas and you and your family did not enjoy as expected your holidays.
In regards to any works alonside the street, doing reparations, as you can imagine, is out of our control. We cannot do anything but as far as the next guest reported 5*, I think they are not working anymore. Then, maybe you was not very lucky and I am very sorry as our idea is that the guests enjoys their stay as everybody do.
We have renovate the apartment in order to get better experience and enjoy much more we have done up to now. I am sure it will !.
Our intention is always that our guest enjoy their stay and we do our best to make it happens. Things in our side will improve shortly.
Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung! Geschmackvolle Einrichtung. Das Beste ist die Lage direkt am Leuchtturm/Dünen/Meer. Wir haben das Appartement zu Dritt angemietet. 3 separate Schlafzimmer, 2 Badezimmer. Sehr angenehm...
