"TAMARIS playa" is located in the most commercial area of Xeraco Beach (central zone), with a South orientation, and 80 metres from the Beach.
Seven-storey building with lift, swimming pool with shallow area and Venetian stairs, landscaped areas and optional covered parking spaces.
The ground floor is open-plan and communal, providing access to the swimming pool and landscaped common areas.
All apartments have a spacious terrace, with LIMITED sea views from the fourth floor onwards. They are equipped and furnished with a high level of functionality, ideal for practical and comfortable holidays. All are provided with washing machine, microwave, TV and WIFI service.
This apartment located on the sixth floor has three double bedrooms, two bathrooms (both with bathtub), kitchen, gallery and living-dining room with access to a spacious terrace with limited sea views, views of the common areas, swimming pool and mountains.
Capacity 6 people.
YOUNG GROUP IS NOT ACCEPTED (ages under thirty).
NO PETS ALLOWED.
Our apartments are delivered clean and include bed linen and towels (1 bathroom-shower/person, 2 toilet/bathroom). Includes fortnightly bed linen change. We recommend you bring a small kit with cleaning/laundry products/various. Pressure cooker, blender, toaster and hairdryer are not standard. If any of these are essential to you, do not forget to bring them!
Key collection will be made at our offices, at C/ TOSSAL DE L'ULLASTRE No. 7 PLAYA DE XERACO, from 1:00 pm. There is the possibility of key collection outside office hours, by requesting it in advance and having previously deposited the deposit. The exit and evacuation of the accommodations will be carried out before 10:00 am. Keys can be deposited inside the accommodation after consultation, or returned to our offices. Upon arrival, you will have two options to deal with possible damages: either leave a deposit of €150 which will be returned after apartment review, or contract an ACCIDENTAL damage exemption (Insurance) of €28 non-refundable.
The Xeraco City Council offers and manages a free public WIFI service throughout Xeraco Beach (service not guaranteed inside apartments).
Xeraco Beach offers lifeguard service in high season, as well as a wide variety of beach bars, restaurants, ice cream shops, supermarkets, press, pharmacy, and many other services. The water entry slope is gentle, ideal for children and seniors. It is a very family-friendly beach, with little traffic, surrounded by fantastic nature and landscapes. In low season, we recommend having vehicle access to move around the region, where there are many cultural and gastronomic visits worth seeing. There are many hiking routes, both in the mountains and through the marshland. In the latter, very popular among ornithologists. L'Ahuir Beach, a stretch of virgin beach without buildings, due to its environmental and ecological weight, where birds nest and we find native plants, is undoubtedly another experience for the visitor. Let us not forget fishing, practicable on beaches, sea arms and rivers.

Un lujo sin lujos.
Además de la ubicación, el ambiente tranquilo y amable que se respira en la urbanización.

Apartamento correcto
En general cuidado y correcto para un apartamento de playa a pesar de tener unos cuantos años.
En general el menaje de cocina muy escaso y deficiente. Nosotros tuvimos que comprar incluso alguna sartén que luego nos trajimos y no había ni fuentes de horno, ni batidora, ni muchos instrumentos necesarios para cocinar y estar cómodo, ya que se supone que si vas a un apartamento se supone que es para comer en casa un alto porcentaje de días, en este apartamento ciertamente no invitaba a ello. Evidentemente no pido unos cuchillos Arcos ni una thermomix, pero básicos como una fuente de horno, un colador/escurridor, ..... son necesarios.
