This very luxury villa at the Balinese sea includes houskeeper, security, gardener and welcome pack.
The housekeeper is a terrific cook, she likes to make the meals , do the shopping and clean the house. You can discuss with her what you like and she will take care of it. You only pay for the cost of shopping to her. The house has 4 bedrooms with airconditioning ( all down stairs), 3 with double large beds and one with 2 small beds. Every bedroom has a private bathroom.
For the little guest we provide a baby bed, a stroller, high chair and car seat. Also we have lots of toys for approximately 2-7 years.
Enjoy your private hotel, Breakfast and dinner can be prepared by your chef at the times you want.There is a menu available at the villa where you can choose from. Enjoy the famous sunsets of Bali at diner on your private terrace, ore see the local fisherman at work, while pampered by the jacuzzi. A holiday you will never forget is just ' one click' away :-)
A very nice experience would be a professional body massage at the gazebo near the beach, you can order this with the housekeeper.
We have our own car with driver to pick you up from the airport and available for daytrips or visits.

Staff were excellent the food Ilui and Ari cooked for us was delicious. Consequently we ate in mostly. All the staff in the villa were friendly and thoughtful. The garden and pool were lovely and well looked after by Porto and always a friendly smile. We had a relaxing and peaceful stay.

The house was wonderful and the staff was incredible. The house and grounds were very clean and well cared for. We can not say enough about the staff and how welcome and relaxed they made us feel. It was about a 4 hour drive from the airport but well worth it once you get there. The food was fantastic and perfectly prepared. We had massage/spa services at the house that were great as well. The villa itself was beautiful but your staff made it amazing. The upkeep and the cleanliness was the best i have seen. No request was ever an issue and they made you feel welcome and at home. The food was perfect and the fact that it was not chef cooked meals, it was a lovely staff member that cooked homemade meals was the best idea as it did give us a real feel for the local food (without the spice). The outdoors and pool where always clean and tidy. And you certainly felt safe and secure with the night security. If you honestly want a place to relax and un-wide this is perfect. We only went out 1 day to Lovina the rest we stayed at the villa with our teenage kids and just relaxed by the pool or walked along the beach. We will recommend the villa to all our friends and family and hope to return in the future.

The staff, the pool, the cabana

The Mawar exceeded my expectations for a lovely, chill, 3 weeks. Petu, the cook/laundress/house keeper, took her job seriously and ensured. the place incredibly clean. Her food was so very yummy that we never ate in a restaurant over the 3 weeks, I visited. She took delight in surprising me with treats and special extras that I had not idea were part of the experience, aka fresh fruit smoothies, poolside each afternoon. Petu, the grounds and pool keeper, was also very attentive, kind and very concerned, ensuring we were always happy. We had only one afternoon, rain out during monsoon, so don’t let weather predictions dissuade. Beach access is a bit tricky and the black sand beach has debris and trash roll in with the tide. It does NOT smell and is all part of the experience. I spent so much time in the cabana, watching the fishing boats and distant cruise ships, and of course…many delightful Balinese massages. Aside from the great day of dolphin sightings. Excursions were mostly at least an hour away, with Very helpful driver, Kadek. He was a safe driver with lots of ideas for secret local gems. The Snorkeling, about 1.5 hr drive to the east was really, really excellent. I went twice during my stay and could have easily gone more. I enjoy the entire experience and getting to know the staff was extra special.

Unforgettable Bali Experience

My daughter & I stayed at Villa Mawar/Rose for six nights. The trip from the airport to the villa took longer than expected due to the rain, but we enjoyed every bit of it. The driver was absolutely a professional tourist guide who knew all the roads and unique places and gave us information on significant sites, so we could choose to visit. He also helped us with the payments when we purchased something to prevent us from paying more than we should have. Ilo, the housekeeper, is a person of kindness who went above and beyond her duties to make our stay enjoyable. Whatever we needed and wanted, she organised and made it happen quickly. She was like a little mum to us. Putu, the gardener and the security were very friendly. With the security walking around the villas, you feel safe all night. They all are very friendly and respectful people that you can trust. Villa Mawar has an infinite swimming pool, and it is exactly like in the photo. We had so much fun in the pool and also a relaxing time watching the sea, the boats and the fishermen ten steps ahead. Watching the sunrise/sunset was another great activity for my daughter and me. We did not want to leave, and before checking out, we made plans to visit the villa and those beautiful people again.

Villa amazing but there are some issues with the charges of the property manager.

The Villa is gorgeous and the housekeeper and gardener are absolutely lovely. And the housekeeper cooks fabulous meals too. The issue we had is the villa is isolated and we relied on the transport the property manager provides. It is quite expensive. I didn’t care too much as it was our choice to go out. However on arrival I paid for our airport transfers to and from. At arrival to the airport to go home we’d had a couple of stops so I offered to pay a bit more. At that point the property manager decided to charge us again for the transfer. I thought it was a mistake but she screamed at me on the phone and told me she knew the police and they’d stop us leaving Bali if we didn’t pay again. We ended up paying twice just to get away. The driver was really embarrassed and told us guests all complain about the transport costs. If we go again and we may not, we’ll find our own transport. I care alot less about losing $100 than I do about feeling threatened. It was our first visit to Bali but not our first visit to very different places. Bali is beautiful. I feel for the owner and the staff. The property manager’s approach won’t encourage return customers.

It was a perfect setup for our situation. We stayed 4 weeks doing online school and work.

The staff were the highlight of the trip. Iluh and her team was amazing. There were a few hiccups but things were always taken care of. Food was delicious, Pool entertaining, sunrise and sunset were epic! The house is simple, beds could have been more comfortable. Ac was great in the rooms. There are many bugs and animals. It didn’t bother us as the staff was constantly cleaning. We had a great trip.

A wonderful retreat!

We loved our stay in Villa Mawar! The staff there were excellent and treated us like kings and queens. The pool and grounds were spectacular and everything was great! Our only concern was that it was three hours away from the airport (4 hours on the way back, during the day). After a long plane ride, it was hard to travel until 3:00 AM before we got there. But, overall, it was wonderful!

Beautiful Villa, wonderful people, amazing place!

My family (2 adults, 4 children) have just spent 2 wonderful weeks in Villa Mawar. The Villa is absolutely beautiful, well, equipped, comfortable and in an idyllic setting. We were looked after by the fantastic Ni Luh and Putu, and driven around by Made and John, all of whom were incredibly helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. The pool is a really good size, in an amazing position overlooking the beach. The grounds and pool are very well looked after. We all loved our time in Bali and recommend staying in North Bali which is quieter and much more unspoilt by tourism.

We had a great time and the staff was always there to cook, serve and answer questions. Iloh is an amazing cook, which is nice as there is not a ton close by. :-) My only note is that the pictures for the house are actually a mixture of the two properties, so don't expect everything to be exactly like the pictures as it may be next door!

Beautiful property location....great staff!

Our experience at Villa Marwa was delightful. One glitch is that Homeaway's confirmation gave impression that we were getting Villa Nirwana based upon the pictures that we saw online. Each Villa has basically the same set up. Nirwana has a Hot Tub, Marwa does not. Hence, if the Hot Tub is important to you, be sure to book the Nirwana. Nirwana's home/pool sits farther back from the ocean. I loved that Marwa's pool is very close to the beach. The grounds were beautiful and were cleaned up daily by Eddy. Our driver Maday was excellent and had very good recommendations for our excersions and dining out. We relaxed at the Villa on three of the eight days we stayed at the Marwa. Our cooks and meal planners were absolutely the best throughout our stay.. I was amazed that they had such a large menu to pick from. Eloh and Butu were so accomodating and covered every detail with perfection. They were our Cooks, Cleaning Staff, and Eloh made all the arrangements for everything we wanted to do. She contacted our driver Maday to make sure he arrived on the days we needed him, she made our SPA appointments, did laundry for us, and made sure the floors shined every day.. We truely enjoyed the staff. They were all amazing. We took advantage of the free massages. They were soooo good that we ordered up some other services from the traveling SPA employees. It was a treat to have the spa treatments in the outdoor rest house by the sea. Nothing like listening to the waves roll in while you had a massage. Some helpful hints: We spent our evenings sitting at the outdoor table playing cards and reflecting on our excersions from the day. There is a fan above that table with bright light, and a fan with light above the small outdoor couch. We had to turn the light off above the table and also the surrounding outdoor lights, but left the Fan/Light above the couch on to draw the bugs away from us. It worked pretty good. Be sure to ask to have the floor fan for the living room as it gets pretty warm inside. The airconditioning is in the bedrooms. My suggestions are to get softer pillows, better cushions for the living room furniture and make sure the Fan for the living room is present. Going inside at night is the best way to avoid the bugs. I would definitely return to this property. I was beautiful and relaxing. Again, I can't say enough about the staff. Thank you for a wonderful time!

Stunning villa . Exceptional caring staff. Beautiful pool

This was a special holiday for a group of friends who had been travelling around New Zealand and wanted a place to relax and chill before returning to work. Villa Mawar absolutely for filled the brief! We did not have to worry about a thing from airport transfers, sight seeing, all meals lovingly prepared. I can not say enough about the villa, the staff and the quick responses to any of my questions before we travelled from the owner Anneke.

Villa Mawar was simply stunning.

Firstly Anneke the owner was very helpful and prompt with any queries I had and arranged accommodation for us in Kuta because we had a late flight. Thank you Anneke. As soon as you arrive and walk through the door its instantly a relaxing feel. The property is stunning, the house, pool, and gardens are all kept immaculate. One of our favourite paces was the rest house. You could just sit and chill and watch the waves roll in and the day to day life of the locals. The beautiful Eloh was so welcoming and accommodating. Her attention to detail in everything she did was impressive. Our family of three thoroughly enjoyed the beautiful meals Eloh prepared for us. I also really enjoyed Eloh's company. The day we were leaving was my birthday, after we had finished breakfast Eloh brought me out a cake with a candle, so thoughtful :) Also a special mention to Made who picked us up in Kuta and arranged some excellent day trips for us. He also was very accommodating and we enjoyed spending time with him. We learned a lot about traditions, culture etc. from Made. It is apparent that Anneke wants her guests to have a special experience, from the the time you are in Villa Mawar's care you feel that nothing is any trouble and all the staff, Eloh, Made, Eddie, the security and all that we came in contact with were so helpful and friendly. Sehr schöne Villa - haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt

Die Villa und besonders die Terrasse, der Garten und der Pool sind wunderschön. Wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Personal hat sich hervorragend um uns gekümmert und jeder unserer Wünsche wurde sofort erledigt. Allerdings liegt die Villa schon etwas abseits und die Straße zur Villa ist sehr schlecht. Von der Hauptstraße braucht das Auto aufgrund der schlechten Straße fast 10 Minuten bis zur Villa. Ohne eigenen fahrbaren Untersatz kommt man nirgends hin. Wir haben uns zwei Roller gemietet um mobil zu sein. Besonders der wirklich große Pool, mit direktem Meerblick hat uns super gefallen. Der Gärter hat auch gleich am ersten Tag unaufgefordert ein riesen Aufblas-Einhorn für unsere Kinder aufgeblasen. Vielen Dank allen Angestellten für die wirklich schöne Zeit.

Fantastisk hus, pool og ikke mindst personalet 😊 kan kun anbefales .

Vi var i dette skønne hus i 2 uger sammen med vores døtre , svigersønner og 3 børnebørn . Vi blev mødt af det sødeste personale , især vil vi gerne fremhæve de 2 søde piger som gjorde vores ferie perfekt alle ønsker opfyldte de store som små og altid med et stort smil . Vores børnebørn elskede dem og snakker hele tiden om at de vil ned til de søde piger igen. Alt i alt en perfekt ferie og især hvis man vil væk fra de store turiststeder og opleve det virkelige Bali som var lige uden for vores dør. Det er bestemt et sted vi gerne vil tilbage til.

The house, the staff and the surroundings more than lived up to our expectations. Anneke the owner of the house was incredibly welcoming and helpful and responded always promptly to our email requests. As for the staff in and around the house (kitchen staff, gardener, driver etc.), we only have praise words to say and all of our requests, wishes and needs were done with a smile. A previous guest had praised the kitchen staff's abilities to cook great food and that we can support 100%. It was like sitting at the resturant. Wunderschöne Villa im Norden von Bali

Wir haben unsere Ferien als Familie mit erwachsenen Kindern in dieser wunderschön gelegenen Villa in Seririt sehr genossen. Der Pool und der Pavillon direkt am Strand in erhöhter Lage lassen die Herzen höher schlagen. Das feine von Kadek zubereitete Essen haben wir an dem grossen Tisch auf der Terrasse sehr genossen. Wir fühlten uns rundum wohl und können dieses Traumhaus allen sehr empfehlen. Vielen Dank für alles - es war traumhaft schön.

Sehr liebevolles Personal

Die Villa ist sehr geräumig und sauber. Das Personal unglaublich liebevoll und das Essen war absolut fantastisch. Leider waren wir zum Ende der Regenzeit vor Ort und somit war das Meer sehr stark verunreinigt. Durch den nahe gelegenen Fluss wird allerlei Unrat ins Meer geschwemmt. Aber auch ohne Baden im Meer hatten wir einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt. Für ruhesuchende ist die Villa sehr zu empfehlen da wirklich fern ab vom Massentourismus.

Traumurlaub? TRAUMURLAUB!!!

Wir waren in einer großen Gruppe im Haus inklusive Gästehaus. Das Personal umsorgte uns in einer sehr liebevollen und aufmerksamen Art und Weise. Das Essen war phantastisch, sichtbar mit Liebe gekocht. Das Haus, der Pool, der Garten - die Entscheidung fiel schwer, wo man sich zum Relaxen niederlassen sollte - ein Paradies! Leider war am Ende der Regenzeit der Strand und damit auch das Meer nicht nutzbar, da mit den Zuflüssen aus den Bergen auch jede Menge Müll ins Meer und wieder an den Strand gespült wurde. Wie schön das Meer sein kann, erlebten wir bei einem Tauch- und Schnorchelausflug zu einer Insel im Nordwesten - der absolute tropische Wahnsinn!!! Denn selbst Auto zu fahren auf Bali, z.B. mit Mietauto, ist nicht zu empfehlen ... Fahrstil der vorallem auf Zweirädern mobilen Balinesen und Straßenverhältnisse und Linksverkehr ... Fazit: Alles in allem - Traumurlaub

Hello, My name is Anneke and I live in the Netherlands together with my husband.
We have 3 children and all together 8 grand children. The 2 villas on Bali we build ourselfs and we are very proud of them. One or 2 times a year we are there ourselfs and enjoy Bali so much. The area of 5000m2 is our little Paradise and we like to share this special place with you. I Always look foreward to a nice massage at the little resthouse near the beach. Feeling like a God on Bali :-)

Why they chose this property

The place is unique and peacefull , also the staff I am very happy about. They are tressures :-) . The little resthouse near the beach is my favorite place, looking out over the sea and view the fisherman at work or watch the Dolphins go by in the morning. A fisherman can pick you up with his colorful little boat in front of your house to see the Dolphins up close. This is a unique experience.
The home made diners at the large dining table on the covered terrace are something to look back on. During the sunset its breathtaking :-) Former guest say : you dont want to go to a restaurant, the diners are delicious.

What makes this property unique

We fell in love with the plott to build on, because of the situation directly at the beach and te beautiful sight that coms with it. Very special is the nice situated pool and gazebo, both looking from up high at the sea and beach.
The tropical garden of 2000m2 is a plesure to walk and stay in. Our gardener does a good job cleaning the pool and looking after the garden.
