Beautiful, clean and cosy house located in one of the best private neighbourhoods of Mazatlán, in Playa Cerritos, just 8min walk from the beach! On the ground floor, the house has half bathroom, a beautiful living room, a large dining room, kitchen, laundry room, patio and a garage for 2 cars. And on the top floor the house has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The place has extraordinary green areas, a big swimming pool, grilling area and games for children, clubhouse and controlled access, 24hrs surveillance.

The rental was very comfortable. We had everything we needed and then more. Everything from cooking supplies to cleaning supplies. The unit was fully stocked with plates, cutlery and drinking glasses. One of the best stocked units we have ever stayed in.But in saying all that the best part of the rental was Mariana the owner. She was at the unit upon our arrival which eliminated any stress we might have had. She was available any time we needed something and she showed up to see us off at the end of our stay. She was the best host we have ever had.

Great host!

The rental was great, as advertised. Host was 5 star in terms of responding to our needs. Location of property is in a quiet part of Mazatlan, removed from the downtown core area. We did not have a rental car so relied on Uber to get around.

A wonderful and relaxing time

This house was very nice. First class accommodations. It was close to a beautiful beach, restaurants (the one on the corner was our favourite), busses and shopping. The owner was there to greet us when we arrived and show us around. I highly recommend!
