VILLA GERMAN 114:
Villa German has the best location in San Jaime Mediterraneo, it is the first house located on the seafront, it has all the advantages that this entails, bars and shops just one minute from the house and the beach less than 5 minutes walking, ideal for families with children who do not want to walk much, the beach is one of the largest on the island, and is guarded with several towers along it, it also has several restaurants on the same beach to enjoy lunch or dinner, without having to move from the sea.



The area has restaurants with different cuisines as well as many souvenir shops to buy that small gift that we all want to bring to the family.

The house has 4 double rooms, ideal for groups of 8 people, or families with children. Large living room overlooking the pool with a porch where you can eat and when you want to cook on the barbecue right there.



The colors of this house and the details that we find in this house make us feel as if it were ours, its decoration is cared for and the owner improves it every year.



There is a space where you can park on the same property, although there is space outside if necessary.This villa is Eco Friendly, cross ventilation is achieved with the north windows which, when opened in combination with the south, provide us with a very pleasant breeze. The fantastic ceiling fans in all rooms, as well as in the living room, increase comfort.

The house also has a garbage recycling system, you will find 3 containers, one yellow for plastic, green for glass and blue for paper or cardboard. You will also find black or monochrome for the organic one.



Other services can be provided on demand at an additional cost, such as a private chef or babysitting service, a photography tour of the island or even a personalized beauty session.

Loved staying in this villa. It’s one of the oldest villas in Son Bou and has such charm and character. It’s also in a perfect location, opposition the bars and restaurants and minutes from the beach. Yet it still feels private and quiet.

I loved this property! The position was amazing within SON BOU, it was over the road from restaurants and bars however the noise did not travel so it was very peaceful. The beach was a 5 minute walk away which was also amazing! The Villa itself was spotless and had lovely decor! The pool was a decent size and the views were beautiful!

I highly recommend Book Menorca Villas. Virginia was very helpful and efficient in dealing with any enquiries we had with our booking and time in the Villa. The villa itself was beautiful and clean with everything you need. The pool was cleaned every couple of days. Conveniently located with everything in walking distance. The only downside to the villa is having no air-conditioning I think it would really benefit future bookings by having this installed especially in the hot summer months. We will definitely be booking again in the future.

The only observations I have about the Villa (not a complaint) is that it would benefit from having Air conditioning rather than ceiling fans, it is the first Villa that we have stayed in for a few years without it. Also only had towels and bedding changed once during a 2 week stay, in previous Villas we have had changes more than this. on the whole the 7 of did enjoy our stay.

We stayed here late September/early October. The villa is very well furnished and beautifully decorated, with everything you would want. The pool is large and surrounded by some lovely seating areas and sun loungers. Although it’s lovely, the pool would have benefitted with some extra heating T this time of year. Each room does have a large fan but there is no air conditioning in the villa. This didn’t bother us at all when we went but I cannot comment as to how cool the villa is in the height of summer. Thee are plenty of windows and doors to let the breeze in. Visitors should note there is a spiral staircase leading to three good sized bedrooms upstairs which is a bit tricky for older people, however there is one lovely bedroom on the ground floor which is easy to access. The villa is very centrally located, just a stones throw from restaurants, bars and shops, there was a bit of noise from the local bar sometimes but nothing really significant. The villa is within easy walking distance of the lovely beach, which has a lifeguard, sun beds and a lovely beach bar. Overall, an excellent stay and would love to come back to Menorca and would definitely use BookMenorcaVillas again

A blissful stay at Villa German

We have just returned from a 2 week stay at Villa German. Having rented many villas in different resorts over the years, I can safely say this house and location were pretty much perfect. The house itself is beautiful and exactly as it appears in the photographs. It is obviously well maintained and very nicely decorated and has a laid back beach house kind of feel. It has a gorgeous good sized pool, a well stocked kitchen, a fabulous giant TV with loads of channels, good powerful showers with plenty of hot water and lovely comfy beds, two of which are doubles which is a rarity (also loads of coathangers which was a welcome surprise!) It could not be in a better location for the beach and there are lots of little shops, a pharmacy, two supermarkets, a bakery and local restaurants & bars literally on your doorstep. We had a lovely relaxing holiday and would highly recommend this villa to anyone looking to spend a chilled out vacation with family. It is especially good for very young children. The house does not have air conditioning but the design of the building and the ceiling fans keep it nice and cool. The only slight downside I could imagine in high season might be noise. There are karaoke nights in the bars and whilst it did not disturb us too much in early June, it might be different when the resort is very busy. Overall it is an excellent property and I would not hesitate in returning for another visit.

Belle maison mais rénovation nécessaire

La maison est belle , belle décoration avec une grande piscine et 2 places de parking , un garage et une place de stationnement assez étroit devant le garage . La maison n’a pas de climatisation uniquement des ventilateurs . Malheureusement ces ventilateurs ne suffisaient pas à baisser la température à l’intérieur de la maison , ni les courants d’air durant la nuit . Une climatisation serait plus que nécessaire. Une rénovation de l’ensemble de la maison serait plus qu’appréciée. Bons sommiers . La maison est bien placé , à proximité d’un hypermarché, d’une pharmacie , de qq bons restos ( Casa d’Andres, Alessandro’s), de bars et à moins de 10 mjnutes à pied le la plage de Son Bou. Virginie notre gérante immobilière était top , toujours joignable , très bonne communication et avec cette grande chaleur du mois d’août nous a procuré un ventilateur supplémentaire.
