About this property

Welcome to Amon Accommodation; a lovely open plan self-contained annex located in the beautiful Vale of Belvoir. Bottesford is close to the A52 between Grantham/A1 and Nottingham/M1 and has excellent bus and rail connections. It is ideal for one or two guests - couples, solo adventurers, business travellers. Perfect area for walks and cycling. Bottesford has many restaurants, pubs, wine bars, take aways and shops yet it is set in a rural area.

An open plan kitchen/ Bedroom are on the ground floor next to a fully tiled wet room. There is a modern kitchen with breakfast bar, an electric oven, hob, fridge freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle. The kitchen is equipped with essential kitchen equipment needed for your self-catering stay. We provide tea, freshly ground coffee with cafetiere, sugar and milk. There is salt, pepper and spray oil in the kitchen. Hand soap, washing up liquid, kitchen towel, antibacterial anti-viral spray, tea towel and hand towel are also provided.

The sleeping area has a double bed, bedding, with two pillows for each guest. Bedside tables, draws, shelving, hairdryer, lamp and a comfy chair.

The en-suite shower wet room has a large modern shower, toilet, sink and towel radiator.

Please note there is one step into the property.

No private garden, but at the front of the property a small green with a bench (Picture in images)

Egyptian cotton Bath Sheets, hand towels, are provided for guest use. Hand soap and toilet paper are also provided. All bed linen also provided.

We live in a quiet, residential area with great neighbours. Please respect this especially after 10pm.

No extra guests are allowed other than on the original reservation.

Ideal for short stay

Compact property which had all we needed for our 3 night stay in the area. Similar cost to an above-basic hotel with the advantage of a proper kitchen enabling easy eating in. Some basic provisions provided but close to mini-supermarket for anything else. Easy walk to local pubs.

Fantastic studio apartment.

I was working in Nottingham this week and this accommodation was brilliant. It was clean had all the amenities I needed and was very comfortable. The owners were great with there communication. Information was sent to me ahead of time and it was very clear.
