This modern 250m2 architect designed villa was built with comfort and style in mind. It is in a quiet, residential area of Mouans-Sartoux, surrounded by nature. The private garden is 2500m2 with a 12x4m heated salt pool. There is a pool house to relax in away from the sun and even a hammock to take an afternoon siesta amongst the trees. The villa is South West facing and has floor to ceiling windows in the living area which let the natural light stream in. There are three double bedrooms on the ground floor with ensuite bathrooms and a studio downstairs with its own kitchen facilities and lounge, separate bedroom and en suite bathroom. Parking for at least 4 cars comfortably. The villa is 10 mins walk to Mouans-Sartoux old town, 5 mins drive to Mougins Old town and 10 mins to Valbonne. Cannes is only 20 mins away and the airport of Nice only 30 mins away. It is the perfect place to relax with family and yet be close to the beaches and tourist amenities. You will find a BBQ, working fireplace, and reversible air conditioning to ensure your holiday is simply perfect.

The owners were looking to buy a new home, and they wanted a house which was modern, bright and spacious, close to the village, but next to nature, countryside and greenery..
This house was the 3rd house they visited and they immediately fell in love with the olive trees and the calm and felt at home. The sliding doors allow one to be "in the garden" at the same time as sitting in the living room.
