heated towel rail. - Reading area with sofa bed 140 x 190 RELAXATION AREA - a large fully equipped room with fitness corner (treadmill, bike, fitness accessories), billiards, video projector, DVD player, lounge lounge, bathroom with washbasin and WC ON REQUEST FOR ALL SMALL - high chair, booster seat, cot, baby walker, deckchair, sandpit, changing table - a concierge service is at your disposal during your stay for any request (additional cleaning, outing organization, thematic evening….) - do not smoke inside the villa - Animals are not allowed - the deposit is fully refundable after departure, provided that the rules are not broken and that the property and its contents are not damaged (check in & check out with inventory) - end of stay cleaning is not included in the rent - rental is only possible from Saturday to Saturday - minimum 7 days - departure 10 a.m. arrival 5 p.m. (late arrival by appointment) No party, wedding or noisy activity is allowed. Professional activities are only allowed with our acceptance. The owners of the premises are nearby and take care of the maintenance of the villa and the respect of the rules by travelers.
