Modern fully furnished flat on the first floor, 200m from the lakefront and very close to the center, balcony, Wi-Fi, 2 bedrooms, sleeps 5, parking, and lake view from the large communal roof terrace.
Living room with comfortable French sofa bed (100cm x 190cm), dining table, satellite TV, Wi-Fi, and air conditioning. The kitchenette is fully equipped with a microwave, coffee machine, kettle, fridge with freezer and toaster.
There is a double bedroom with access to the balcony, a small bedroom with bunk beds, and a modern bathroom with a shower and washing machine.

The beautiful communal roof terrace with a direct view of Lake Garda is unfurnished - but if you wish, you can take a chair or deckchair from the flat to read a book in the sun or simply relax at sunset.
The residence has a free, unnumbered parking space in front of the house.

This house is ideal for a relaxing holiday, even without a car, because the house is not even 200 m from the lake and the beach.
The heart of the historic center and the old port of Lazise can be easily reached on foot at 600m.

Lage und Ausstattung der Wohnung super

Bis auf einen Backofen war alles in der Wohnung vorhanden, sogar eine Waschmaschine.Wir haben uns eine Stunde vor Ankunft gemeldet, haben dann nach der Ankunft noch zusätzlich vor der Haustür eine Stunde gewartet.Leider kam die Vermieterin dann schweißgebadet, total getresst und schreiend auf uns zu. Wir konnten sie nicht beruhigen und haben während der Übergabe so gut wie nichts verstanden.Fazit - die Wohnung würden wir noch einmal mieten und die Vermieterin sollte mal an sich arbeiten.

Das einzig gute ist die Lage..

Die Wohnungsübergabe war eine Geuldsprobe, trotz vorheriger telefonischer Ankündigung. Die Frau von der Agentur war sehr nett aber hat leider vergessen zu erwähnen wie man die Heizung anstellt, deswegen durften wir am Ersten Tag kalt duschen. Die Kaffeemaschine funktionierte leider auch nicht also gab's auch kein Kaffee nach der kalten Dusche. Es wurde zwar eine andere Kaffeemaschine gebracht, viel besser wurde es aber auch nicht. Die Wohnung war nicht wirklich sauber, es waren auch noch Sachen vom Vormieter da, die Ameisen fühlen sich sehr wohl. Die Lage in Zentrumsnähe ist zwar gut aber zur Wahrheit gehört aber auch das das Gebäude ein Vierstöckiges Haus mit 24 Wohnungen direkt an der Hauptstraße ist, man hätte nachts das Gefühl neben einer Autobahn zu schlafen. Der Blick vom Balkon war leider nur auf den Parkplatz. Schön war das nicht. Die Dusche war so eng das man sich kaum drin umdrehen könnte. Irgendwie hatte man das Gefühl das alles in der Wohnung absolut billig war, man freute sich schon über Kleinigkeiten. Wir würden die Wohnung nie wieder buchen, die 5 Sterne Bewertungen kann ich absolut nicht nachvollziehen

Alles super, alles was gebraucht wurde, ist wie beschrieben vorgefunden worden. Die Wohnung ist ein super Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge in die Umgebung. Der Strand ist bequem zu Fuß zu erreichen. In der Nähe gibt es auch eine schöne Strandbar und viele Restaurants mit umfangreichem Essensangebot. Gerne wieder....

Gelungener Urlaub mit einigen Abstrichen.

Die Wohnung liegt in zentraler Lage, nur wenige Gehminuten zum See und in die Stadt. Die Unterkunft ist zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Kleine Mängel wurden von der netten Frau Consolini sofort behobenen . Leider war die Wohnung nicht gut gereinigt, Z.B. Kühlschrank und Fußboden. Ansonsten ist die Wohnung zu empfehlen.

Dringend abzuraten

Die Fotos täuschen leider vor. Die Wohnung war extrem schmutzig und voller Insekten, v.a. Weberknechte und Spinnen. Der Boden war so schmutzig, dass man sofort schwarze Füsse hatte. Die Betten sind abgenutzt und die Matratzen komplett durch. Die sogenannte Schlafcouch verdient ihren Namen nicht, darauf kann maximal ein Kind schlafen. Der Balkon war eingesaut und voller kaputter bzw. alter Gegenstände. Es gab nur Kaltwasser. In der Wohnung darüber wurde selbst am Sonntag und Pfingstmontag ab 7 Uhr renoviert. Generell ist die Wohnung vollkommen renovierungsbedürftig, z.B. fällt beim Spülen der Toilette der Drücker ab, alles ist alt und runtergekommen. Das schöne Gartenfoto hat überhaupt nichts mit der Wohnung zu tun. Die Vermieterin ist nicht zu erreichen und reagiert nicht auf Anrufe. Sie ging nicht auf die Mängel ein, die natürlich sofort gemeldet wurden. Wir mussten vorzeitig, also nach 2 Nächten, abreisen, denn es war nicht mehr zu ertragen. Ich habe im Nachgang versucht eine Einigung zu finden, stattdessen droht die Vermieterin mir, geht auf die Mängel insofern ein, dass sie sie leugnet bzw. die Schuld auf uns schiebt. Die Vermieterin handelt unehrlich und hat sich nicht an die Vereinbarung gehalten. Außerdem hat sie den Mietbetrag für eine komplette Woche einbehalten. Ich habe so etwas noch nie erlebt und bin sehr enttäuscht. Ich bin sprachlos und wünsche niemandem so ein Erlebnis. Also kurzum: Finger weg. Die Vermieterin hat übrigens noch weitere Vermietobjekte auf FeWo.
