Fabulous holiday beach house!!

The property owners are very pleasant and easy to communicate with. The house is very large and clean and comfortable. The views are spectacular! The house is in a lovely location, quiet yet close to amenities. We were a group of seven people and each of us had a wonderful vacation. Thank you!

What an amazing view from our beautiful villa Open the gate and you are on the beach It was my birthday and Marco was kind enough to arrange flowers wine and deseart for me. What a grest vills. whish we could have stayed longer. Definitely recommend this villa.

Beautiful views by the sea

The villa is in an absolutely beautiful location right on the sea. Lovely sunsets, breezy sea air and direct beach access with lots of accessories to go swimming. Plenty of outdoor seating to enjoy the beautiful views. Marco was a wonderful host, offered so many recommendations and promptly addressed any of my questions. The villa is essentially two units and is a great option for two families traveling together. The kitchens are fully stocked with all the essentials. Lots of liveliness, music, and activities with restaurants and nightlife close-by.

La villa è molto grande e bella; posizione fantastica con accesso diretto al mare. Dotata di tutto, è perfetta per un soggiorno di gruppo o in famiglia. Il mini market é a due passi e il bar accanto alla casa una vera comodità. A piedi dalla spiaggia si raggiunge una piazzetta con un paio di ristoranti e una pizzeria. Il proprietario gentilissimo e pronto a soddisfare prontamente ogni nostra richiesta. Se dovessi capitare di nuovo in zona ci tornerei volentieri.

Abbiamo soggiornato, purtroppo, solo 2 giorni nella Villa di Marco. Spaziosa, completa in tutto e soprattutto posizione invidiabile. La sensazione di vivere sul mare è impagabile, dall'addormentarsi con le onde del mare al fare aperitivi sul prato avendo la sensazione di toccarlo. Marco ed il suo staff sono sempre disponibili. Da provare.

The house was perfect for our group of family including college kids. The house is very clean with good amenities. Marco and his staff are really nice and helpful. The location is a lot of fun- beautiful beach, local good eating options and some nightlife for the kids all within walking distance. Great sites to see nearby including Tropea which is a very friendly spot. We really enjoyed our week and I highly recommend this spot.

Great Stay!

Really enjoyed the stay. The property owners quickly sorted out any issues. It is two 3 bedroom flats one above the other which is great to give some space for the large family, with two small kitchens. We really enjoyed the garden and the terraces both upstairs and downstairs. I just wish the kitchen downstairs was updated. Overall great potential. The beach is quite crowded as there are quite few establishments around, but the water is crystal clear especially if you swim out a bit and the bay has turquoise water. Wonderful unique property right on the beach!

Una villa da favola

Ci siamo fermati qui solo in transito (purtroppo!) perché la casa è da 10 e lode. Tutto perfetto, anche il wifi, che il mio amico ha testato per questioni di lavoro mentre noi facevamo il bagno in un'acqua cristallina a 10 passi dal giardino. Ci torneremo senz'altro per soggiorni più lunghi per godere al meglio di questo posto da favola!

LUOGO MAGNIFICO

Posizione pazzesca. Non potevamo chiedere di meglio, unica pecca: aver soggiornato solo una notte. Poter addormentarsi e svegliarsi con il suono delle onde del mare è unico. Vi è la possibilità di cenare e quindi far colazione guardando il mare sia dall’interno che all’esterno, anche usufruendo del bar che è vicinissimo alla villa. La spiaggia si può dire che è dentro casa.
