Walk through private garden directly on to the sandy beach of Las Marinas, just 9kms from the centre of Denia and close to excellent local and international restaurants. Bright and sunny open plan lounge with state of the art kitchen overlooking the beach. Three double bedrooms, each with sea view. Master bedroom with ensuite shower room, two further double bedrooms sharing a bathroom, plus guest w/c. All windows have electric blinds, air conditioning throughout, TV in lounge and each bedroom.
