The Lakehouse is fully furnished with everything you will need to enjoy the lake with family or friends. The floors have recently been replaced along with a fresh coat of paint.
The house is on the lake and situated in a private cove. It is a great place to swim, fish, or just relax and enjoy the evening sunset. The dock is large enough for you to bring or rent a boat
There is even a canoe for you to take a cruise in the cove. Our family LakeHouse has created years of memories for our family and friends. Our three children learned to swim like fish in Old Hickory Lake and enabled us to create the lake house rule of 'kissing the first fish you catch'. All three of the children are in college, so we don't spend enough time at the lake, so we are now hoping to help you create some great family memories.

Why they chose this property
Our Lakehouse is a perfect place for getting away with family and friends. There are many places around the house, to have those little quiet conversationss to catch up with each other: Near the lake, On the screened porch, The dog trot, The side deck table, the ping-pong table garage or just paddling a canoe.
What makes this property unique
Since our house is located in a cove, the location is perfect for just floating on a raft and making conversation in the water. We are a short drive from downtown Nashville and a great place to relax after touring Nashville.
