Located in the charming fishing village of Cellardyke, Anstruther, the accommodation is beautifully presented, a bright kitchen/dining room is fully fitted with modern appliances and well-equipped, and there are two bedrooms, thoughtfully furnished with colour coordinated soft furnishings and a large family bathroom. The first floor has a bright and cosy living room with comfortable seating and spectacular sea views leads to the covered balcony; just the spot to relax with a glass of wine.
Anstruther is an interesting area to explore, an old fishing and historic town with red pantile roofs, ancient buildings, cobbled streets with little alleyways and working fishing harbour. There are two sandy beaches for paddling, perfect for exploring the rock pools when the tide goes out and all within walking distance from Pee Wee Cottage. There is a great choice of places to eat, from the Michelin star Cellar restaurant, to award-winning fish and chip shops, restaurants, cafés, ice cream parlour and bars. There are local gift shops, boutique and galleries to visit. In the summer months, from the harbour, boat trips to the Isle of May are available to the world-renowned bird sanctuary and nature reserve, famous for puffins, grey seals and other wildlife in the summer months.
Walk along the Fife coastal path, which passes through the town, to pretty fishing villages and many beautiful beaches and coves. The area is well known for golf courses; Anstruther has a challenging 9-hole course along the shore and many other links courses in the surrounding areas. St. Andrews is a mere 10 minute drive with championship and family friendly courses to play. After a day of exploring, Pee Wee Cottage is the perfect spot to relax on the balcony and watch the sea and wild life including birds and the occasional passing dolphins and whales!

Fabulous cottage in a wonderful location. Views are amazing. Love the balcony. Lovely decor and has everything you need. Very close to shops, bars and restaurants. So peaceful and quiet. Definetly plan to return.

The owners provided a lovely welcome pack which was a real treat. Very welcoming communications from owners about arrival info, etc. I am already looking to rebook for another visit.

What a beautiful property. A real feeling of luxury throughout. Incredible attention to detail is clear with the very best of appliances and technology. Warm and friendly hosts.
