Netlfix/iplayer apps etc available, guests will need their own accounts and please do log out before departure. Bed linen and towels inc. Fuel and power inc. in rent (woodburners have logs and firelighters inc but not kindling).Off road parking for 5 cars (one in garage and four external). Walking distance to Lake Windermere. Shed for sports equipment storage. Water sports/hiking/walking/cycling guests welcome. Enclosed garden with lawned area. Hot tub with views across the fields and perfect for looking up at the stars. Patio featuring outdoor seating area Winter patio furniture is a picnic bench, summer furniture is a dedicated patio set and BBQ.
