Great Location and Villa

The location and the house itself is great. Unfortunately quite a few wear and tear in the showers, kitchen and furniture deviating from the pictures provided online. As the sofa is quite heavily used in all objects, would be great if that is cleaned the most thorough…. Which was definitely not the case upon our arrival. All-In-All there is much potential in this object, but it should be prepared with more hospitality, maintenance and and cleanliness in mind ;)

Excellent location in a beautiful house but with lack ok details

The house is beautiful, the location is wonderful but the house had inexplicable faults such as broken shower, shower handle that does not fit an adult, lack of shower screen, fused lights in a bathroom, poor cleanliness. They said they would cut the grass which was too high and they didn't come without explanation until we asked for it. They came to cut it the day we left. The owner or contact of the house does not answer if you write him on the app. In the cleaning they don't change neither sheets nor towels. We arrived 9 people on a Sunday night and there was not even a bottle of water in the fridge. Having said that , the house is beautiful and the location is absolutely stunning. If they would fix these faults and improve the service, it would be perfect.

Menorca Wedding

We went to Menorca for a close friends wedding and a group of 8 stayed at this wonderful Villa. It has everything you need and has wonderful views, walks and Cala's near by. The best part is its minutes away from Ciutadella. Bruno our host was responsive on all things and was always sharing good tips for the area. Highly recommend it

5 Night Family Stay ages 46,13 and 9

All we can say about this property is WOW! The photos are accurate but not until walking around the place can you take in the scale of it all. The owner communications were great I just let him know we were on way from airport and he was there waiting on arrival. There was only 3 of us but this place can accommodate 2 family's easily, Everything was clean and tidy towels available in all bedrooms the kitchen has all facilities you would ever need. The TV just has basic Spanish channels but we brought a streaming device that connected to house WiFi and worked fine. Now onto the fun stuff...The pool was brilliant and the surrounding area was peaceful and just a short walk to the caves, Also not listed was the SAUNA that is in the bathroom of the top master bedroom...something that should be added to the listings!! There was a Jacuzzi bath however unfortunately on our visit wasn't working the owner did his best attempts try to fix it but the part did not arrive until we had checked out...I'm sure it will be working now. Overall could not be more impressed and would highly recommend great location, great facilities, great comms with owner...All round GREAT!
