Disconnect completely in this modern villa sat in a brilliant cliff top position in beautiful Cala Morell. Enjoy spectacular views over the local beach and sparkling Med and watch the amazing sunsets from the terrace right in front of the villa.
The outdoor areas of this property are the main highlight; the fantastic pool area, terrace and summer dining room all overlooking the sea offer a unique venue to enjoy spectacular Menorca. There is even a private path leading directly to the beach and a special corner to contemplate the spectacle in peace and quiet.
The property has a main house as well as an annex.
The house has three double bedrooms, one full bathroom and a guest toilet, a modern, fully equipped kitchen and a welcoming living room with sea views.
