A unique space in the city of Valencia. Industrial style lofts next to the Palacio de Congresos and the Valencia Fair.



You will think you are in the heart of New York Soho at the beginning of the '50s. The Loft has design and spaces in the purest industrial style that will invite you to a totally atypical stay, outside the standards of rental homes. At the same time you will feel the warmth of home, since the apartment has all the services and is equipped with everything you need to feel at home. It has a total area of 110 m² distributed over two floors. On the lower floor is the main room, made up of the living room and the open kitchen concept, creating a spacious and clear space so that you do not miss any detail. A wall formed by huge bamboo canes separates the living room from a double room with a bathroom. From the access floor, a metal platform will take you to the upper floor, where you will find a second double room with a private bathroom.

Vacation and then work

Nicely decorated and clean place. Only thing missing was an oven, cookie sheet, pizza pan and etc.

Prima uitvalsbasis voor Valencia

Mooi, schoon verblijf. Wel wat gehorig. Vlakbij uitvalswegen en goede, veilige parkeermogelijkheid tegen bijbetaling in garage. Vlakbij metro, supermarkt en eetgelegenheden.
