Just 10 minutes from Santa Lucia train station, you will be in one of the areas with the best wine bars and taverns, Fondamenta degli Ormesini and Misericordia. What's more, the famous Jewish Ghetto is nearby.
Spacious and bright, this loft can accommodate up to 6 people and consists of living room with sofa bed, large dining room with fully equipped kitchen, a double bedroom and a bathroom with shower. In the outdoor area there is an outbuilding that can accommodate 2 guests,consisting of a small living room
with sofa bed and a bathroom with shower. For your comfort you will find Wi-Fi, washer/dryer, hairdryer, mosquito-proof electrical devices, iron, air conditioning and independent heating. Also, can find a supermarket just around the corner.
Check-in is from 3pm to 7pm. It is possible to arrange a late check-in but is subject to agreement and with an extra. The tourist tax needs to be paid at the check-in and amounts to € 5 per person per night.

Wonderfully clean place, quiet location

We stayed here for two nights, and it was a great location to explore Venice from, quiet and safe neighborhood without too many tourists passing by but close enough to all of the major sites. The photos show stairs, but you are not allowed upstairs, it is just a walkway. The only problem we had was that the Wi-Fi did not work in the detached casita bedroom. But we feel like it was a great place to stay, and we’re very happy with the check-in and checkout process as well.

Family Italy trip

This apartment was perfect for our trip with our 2 adult children. Our son stayed in the disconnected bedroom with its own bath & our daughter slept on pullout coach in main apartment. A little small but worked for us for short stay. Loved location - a little off beaten path but Venice is so small you can walk everywhere.

Excellent location very nice place

Lots of space, well set up kitchen, the separate bedroom cabana is great for families with older kids. Very responsive and helpful hosts. This is not a loft that you can use, the loft area is inaccessible and the separate bedroom holds the second sofa bed.

Sehr schönes und modernes Mietobjekt. Etwas entfernt von den grossen Turisten Ströme. Hat alles bestens geklappt mit dem Vermieter. Zur Wohnung gehört ein schönes Dependace mit eigenem Bad. Die Wohnung ist perfekt für 4 Personen. Schöne Terasse. Absolut empfehlenswert. Peer 🇩🇰
