This is a fantastic location for your stay as you are in the middle vibrant Southsea with so much on your doorstep! There is an amazing coffee and cake shop - The Garage Lounge just opposite, there are bars, restaurants, shops, hairdressers, what ever you need all within a stones throw! You are also extremely close to the Kings Theatre and s short distance to the seafront or Gunwharf Quays and Portsmouth's historic dockyard

Beautiful 1920s-inspired studio in converted guesthouse. Finished with authentic art deco furnishings and features a full kitchen and private terrace.
The studio is a great base for venturing into Southsea and is a lovely space to relax and unwind when you come back. The room includes a comfortable double bed, smart TV and breakfast bar for eating or working.
Most locations are walkable or taxis are plentiful and cheap. We also have Uber. There are frequent buses running nearby. The nearest train station is Fratton which is a 20 min walk. If you are driving - you will require visitor's permits for on-street parking nearby. These can be purchased from us for £3.60 per day.
• This studio is one of ten in the building and offers self check-in. There is no front desk, but support is available if needed.
• Please note there is no lift. The studio is on the first floor and accessed by stairs.
• Parking permits are required for on-street parking and can be purchased from us before arrival.
• Please be mindful of quiet hours between 11pm and 8am, as this is a residential building.
• All properties are non-smoking, including any Juliet balcony/terrace.
• There are no on-site laundry facilities, however a launderette is a short walk away.
• A starter supply of essentials is provided. Additional supplies can be purchased locally during your stay.
• For stays of 28 days or more, an increased cleaning fee applies
