The property comprises two independent residential units: Casa Francesca (up to 8 people) and Casa Linda (up to 4 people). The two dwellings share a splendid private swimming pool, completely fenced, and can be rented together as well, making them perfect for large families or groups of friends.



Casa Francesca is developed over two levels and offers spacious and welcoming environments. It has four bedrooms: three on the first floor (two double beds and one with single beds) served by a bathroom, and one double bedroom on the ground floor with a second bathroom.



The living area consists of a fully equipped eat-in kitchen with refrigerator and freezer, gas hob, dishwasher, dining table and all necessary utensils, including kettle, toaster and coffee machine. Next to the kitchen is a cosy lounge with sofa, satellite TV and fireplace, ideal for relaxation at any time of year.



There is also a washing machine available in the external service bathroom.



Outside, the house offers a pleasant furnished space with a dining area and lounge, perfect for fully enjoying the outdoor spaces. The large, well-maintained and secure garden is ideal for relaxing, sunbathing or letting children play. The swimming pool is reserved exclusively for guests of the two properties.



A true added value is direct access to the lake via a private path that leads to the beaches, where there are also bars and restaurants on the lakefront.



The house is equipped with free Wi-Fi connection, to ensure comfort and convenience during your stay.



Pacengo is a quiet locality much appreciated for its strategic position: far from traffic but just a few minutes from Lazise and Peschiera del Garda, easily accessible also via a scenic cycle and pedestrian path along the lake, ideal for walks or cycling excursions.



In the immediate vicinity are some of the main attractions of Lake Garda, such as Gardaland, Movieland and CanevaWorld, making this property perfect for both a relaxing holiday and families with children.
