This apartment is on a small development, and is a very well kept and quiet complex. Ideal for couples or singles, this spacious first floor apartment with sea views has plenty of is a good size entrance hall leading to all rooms. There are lots of little extras for guests to use such as a hair dryer, cool bag for the beach, and a cooling fan for the Summer nights.

With a Superking size bed, this well proportioned bedroom has good storage and a 32inch Smart TV. The top quality bedding and comfortable mattress will guarantee a good night's sleep.

The beautifully furnished living room with large comfortable sofas is perfect for relaxing on an evening watching the waves roll in. There is a 43 inch Smart open plan kitchen is well stocked with everything you could possibly need to prepare and serve a lovely meal. There is a Tassimo coffee maker, microwave, washer dryer, dishwasher and full size fridge freezer. There are lots of little extras such as herbs and spices supplied for your stay.

Amazing location and a fabulous apartment. Well stocked, a home from home. Highly recommend it.

Very easy check in and out. Amazing location with fantastic walks. Apartment was beautifully furnished and had everything we needed. We will be back next year to explore more! Highly recommend it.

Great flat with everything you need.

Saundersfoot and surrounding areas are beautiful. This flat is the perfect base for making the most of it with its sea view and everything you need for a comfortable stay. We will gladly return to this location.

Excellent apartment

Absolutely fabulous apartment. Very tasteful and modern. Everything catered for - just fab! Communication with the owners was prompt and check in/out easy. Path directly opposite leads to Glen Beach ( a small sandy cove just off the main beach). The walk into Saundersfoot is about 10 mins down bank into the shops/harbour//main beach. Plenty of shops, bars and restaurants. Lovely walks to Amroth and Tenby and then further afield to Manobier and Stackpole Quay/Boshteron Lily Ponds. If you are thinking of staying in Saundersfoot then stay here - you won't regret it.

The concept first started several years ago after Michelle Davies, Managing Director, relocated back to Wales, after spending 15 years in London, studying a BSc in Tourism Management, then on to pursue a career in Lettings and Property Management, resulting in the setting up of a Property Inventory company based in West London.

Michelle has now done a full circle, with moving back to her hometown, and going back to her Tourism routes, bringing with her a wealth of knowledge and experience.

Jac Priestland, Managing Director, is also a holiday home owner himself, he understands the daily needs of running a holiday home from long distance. With that in mind, we at Great Welsh Escapes have various tiers available to our owners, depending on a variety of needs. Jac comes from an analytical background and has spent 10 years working in Cardiff for a technical marketing agency where he managed the data services team.
As Michelle, Jac has moved back to his hometown of Laugharne to begin a new career in tourism where he brings his 10 years experience working within the data industry to help grow the brand.

A 5 minute drive away you will find the bustling seaside town of Tenby famous for its colourful array of Georgian houses.
