***ONE OF THE NICEST WATERCREST UNITS AVAILABLE FOR RENT***

16th floor condo at The Watercrest, PCB.

The living room and all of the bedrooms have mounted flat screen tv's with cable.

The master bedroom has one King size bed with ocean views and its own private bathroom. The master bathroom has a nice walk in shower with glass doors.

The second bedroom overlooking the water has a king size bed, flat screen TV and its own private bathroom. The bathroom has a nice walk in shower in it with glass doors.

The third bedroom has two full size beds.

The living room has a queen pullout sleeper sofa so the condo comfortably sleeps 10.

The third bathroom is newly renovated also with a walk in shower.

The kitchen comes fully stocked with all new stainless steel appliances.
Beach Chairs included (March-October)
Resort charges $50 registration fee (per vehicle, plus tax and fees). Max of 2 vehicles for the main lot. 3rd vehicle can park in overflow lot (first come, first serve) and is a $75 fee. Link will be sent via email once reservation is paid in full.
Must be at least 25 years old to book.

Rating Details: The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: No real issues with the condo itself, however, the resort had several. The one working elevator broke down twice. We got up on Saturday morning to leave and the was no water. I have stayed in this unit three times and at Watercrest many times more but sadley, I think the resort is somewhat neglected.

Clean and modern unit with a beautiful beachfront view. The location was not busy and was perfect for our stay. The check-in and check-out process was communicated prior to our arrival and was very easy. I would definitely stay here again.

The room was wonderful and better then described! My family of 5 adults had plenty of room to kick back and relax. Every bed was very comfortable. Kitchen was great and had plenty of dishes for what we needed. The view was amazing and room was high enough that the noise from pool wasn't heard. We were able to see dolphins and amazing sunsets from our balcony. Also Watercrest was far enough from Pananma city beach center that the atmosphere was very calm, but we were an short drive from any activities and restraunts. We are already planning our next trip back!

Our stay at this beautiful condo was amazing. It is located right on the beach, and really accessible to all that PCB has to offer. Everything about this place was top tier. My family and I would definitely stay again in the future.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My friend and I stayed here for a girl's getaway. It was great having two master suites with their own bathroom. The condo was updated and had everything we needed. It's the perfect location with an amazing view of the ocean. The only complaint we had was that the condo could use a good, deep cleaning. The walls, door frames and cabinets hadn't been wiped down in quite a while. The lamps were dusty, toothpaste was splattered on the frame of the mirror. in the bathroom etc. Whoever they have cleaning the condo isn't paying attention to the little details. We consider those minor things though and would stay here again.

The condo was really nice. We had to buy a dust pan and a mop to clean the floors better when we arrived but we really loved it. Could use some paint on the walls and minor details touched up but I’d stay again for sure
