The house features a spacious living-dining roomwith sofa, TV, table, and storage space, which connects to the fully equipped kitchen and pantry with space for the washing machine. This area opens onto a sunny outdoor terrace, furnished and with a dining area.
On the ground floor, there are two single beds (80 cm each) that can be joined to form a 160 cm double bed, and a bathroom with a bathtub. On the upper floor, there is a second bedroom with a 160x200 bed and access to a private balcony. The house has reversible air conditioning, wifi, parking, and access to the community pool. Its quiet location makes it an ideal place to enjoy a relaxing holiday.

– Tourist tax not included: €1.00 per person/day (over 16 years old, maximum 7 days).
