3 air-conditioned bedrooms with double glazing and 2 bathrooms with WC spread over 2 levels on either side of the common area including the living room with a large double glazed window, the kitchen and the shaded terrace with views of the Harbor.

Ideal for 6 adults, the house offers a sleeping capacity of up to 8 adults and 4 children (Sofa bed 160 in living room, 3 children's beds in parental bedroom, double secondary beds in 80 in ground floor bedroom).

A private dock can accommodate 2 ski jets or a 4m semi-rigid in front of the house. A 6m boat mooring can be reserved at an additional cost next to it, subject to availability.

A mini golf located 100m from the house will delight your children. Located at 200m, the "Barkitos" of Empuriabrava will allow you to visit the marina and discover the beautiful villas of the canals.

For the more athletic, a center for parachuting and training for surfing and free fall "Windoor" is located at the entrance of the marina at only 1km. Bowling and Karting nearby too.

For shopping fans, La Roca Village is a must, located in Santa Agnès de Malanyanes 1 hour and 20 minutes by car, this commercial village brings together all the major brands at very competitive prices (allow one day).

The house was renovated in 2015 in a nautical style and beautifully decorated. The blinds on the living room terrace will protect you from the morning sun and preserve your privacy.

The large bedroom on the ground floor (Possibility of 4 beds) is independent and has a beautiful terrace directly overlooking the port.

Facing East / West, the house is well ventilated and not overlooked. You will benefit from the morning sun without undergoing the heat of the summer afternoons.

A garage will allow you to store your beach and water sports items, as well as your bikes.

A private parking space for your car is located in front of the garage.

Ferienwohnung am Wasser

Leider ist die Unterkunft in die Jahre gekommen. Die Elektrik ist leider so alt das die Sicherung permanent rausfliegt. Das Lattenrost am Bett im EG ist nicht belastbar. Die untere Toilette und Dusche ist mit nur 85cm breite extrem schmal so das man nur schlecht duschen oder andere Geschäfte erledigen kann. Die Wände sind feucht so das die Klimaanlage zum Entfeuchten lieber laufen sollte. W-Lan gibt es leider auch nicht, der Internetempfang am Handy ist im Haus auch nicht besonders gut. Das Haus liegt direkt an einer Hauptverkehrsstraße/Kreuzung so das man hier stark gestört wird. Wir werden hier dieses Haus nicht mehr buchen. Leider passt hier das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis gar nicht.

Sehr geehrte Damen und Herren, In der Tat ist unser Haus ein Fischerhaus aus den 70er Jahren und das macht es auch charmant. Es ist auch ein Ferienhaus von 100m², wie in der Anzeige angegeben, die Badezimmer sind abgebildet und zeigen tatsächlich, dass sie schmal, aber funktional sind. Das Haus ist nicht feucht, andererseits liegt es an einem Hafen und bei sehr heißem Wetter ist die Luft mit Feuchtigkeit aufgeladen und wenn Sie, wie wir bei der Übernahme der Unterkunft nach Ihnen festgestellt haben, die gesamte Klimaanlage mit einem Sollwert von 18 ° C (!) auf das Maximum einstellen, ist dies keine gute Verwendung. Sie verursachen eine sehr starke Kondensation der Luft bis zu dem Punkt, an dem nasse Ablagerungen an den Wänden in der Nähe der Klimaanlagen auftraten, die uns zwangen, einen Neuanstrich durchzuführen. In der Ankündigung heißt es, dass wir kein WLAN haben, aber alle europäischen Betreiber mobile Datenpakete für Tethering bündeln. Darüber hinaus bietet der Betreiber Orange ein 200GB Datenpaket für einen Monat zum Preis von 20 € bei guter Netzabdeckung an. Wie Sie vielleicht in der Anzeige gesehen haben, befindet sich das Haus in der Nähe des Stadtzentrums und in der Nähe des Strandes, der Geschäfte und Restaurants. Wenn Sie einen ruhigen und friedlichen Ort wünschen, müssen Sie mehr Wohngebiete und damit ruhiger, aber weiter weg von den Zentren des Lebens wählen, insbesondere im Juli. Wenn Sie größer und komfortabler wollen, müssen Sie sich in Richtung luxuriöser und zwangsläufig teurer bewegen, denn für den Preis von 1.500 € pro Woche müssen Sie sich vom Meer entfernen oder Ihr Budget erhöhen ...

Petite maison de pêcheurs très bien aménagée avec beaucoup de goût.

Très bien située, proche de tout a pied et dans une partie calme de la marina. Très propre, bien équipée, très bon accueil des propriétaires. Fortement recommandé pour des vacances en famille. En revanche pas de wifi, connexion internet via 4G compliquée pour des vidéoconférences.

Merci pour votre commentaire et un grand merci pour le respect des lieux et leur restitution dans un état impeccable. Concernant la connexion internet, il n'y a pas la fibre dans la marina et les liaisons filaires sont très vétustes ce qui rend les connexions ADSL très lentes. Les professionnels utilisent des connexions haut débit qui sont à des tarifs assez élevés (Bien plus qu'en France) pour un usage "résidentiel". Pour les visioconférences, il est recommandé d'utiliser les mobiles ou tablettes dont les logiciels sont adaptés à leur usage, mais il est vrais que pour des besoins professionnels, leur utilisation n'est pas très adaptée. Désolé de ne pouvoir mieux faire à ce niveau et au plaisir de vous recevoir pour un nouveau séjour. Bien cordialement.

Une maison de taille modeste mais très bien équipée et proche de toutes les commodités. Les équipements sont très bons. Les propriétaires sont disponibles et réactifs.

Formidable séjour au coeur d'Empuria, nichés au bord de la marina. Soleil, repos et animation au rdv

La maison est extrêmement accueillante,fonctionnelle, agencée avec beaucoup de goût et lumineuse! Nous y étions quatre mais aurions pu y séjourner à 8 sans aucun souci la configuration de la maison le permettant aisément ! On n'y manque de rien!! A deux pas du centre et au bord de l'eau à la fois. Tout peut se faire à pieds: activités pour petits et grands, shopping, courses alimentaires, y compris aller à la plage! Les propriétaires ont multiplié les petites attentions et ont pensé à tout pour que nous passions de formidables vacances en nous sentant à la fois dépaysés et chez nous! En plus d'un intérieur hyper agréable, de très beaux extérieurs (ponton, terrasses, cour) qui démultiplient l'espace de vie et de détente!En bref, nous y reviendrons avec un immense plaisir et conseillons mille fois!!! Vivement le prochain séjour en famille ou en amoureux!!

Agréable sejour ! Nous avons adoré ! ♥️

La maison est située a 10 min a pied de la plage et a 5/6 min des commerces et du montserrat (supermarché). Situation très correcte. La maison offre tout le confort nécessaire. Linge de maison, vaisselle, serviettes de bain, rangement, lave vaisselle, télé, climatisation dans les chambres. Terrasse très agréable et ombragée si on le désire. Les propriétaires laissent a disposition des vélos, ballons de foot, bouée enfant ... Je vous recommande vivement cette habitation idéale pour passer des vacances en famille avec des enfants. Un parking gratuit est situé dans le lotissement et 1 place réservée devant la maison. Accueil des propriétaires très chaleureux et une disponibilité très appréciable. Le seul bémol: pas de box wifi et les matelas de la petite chambre meriteraient d'être plus confortable.

Accueil chaleureux par les propriétaires très disponibles . Ils nous ont prodigué de bons conseils pour les choses à visiter dans les environs et donner de bonnes recommandations pour faire nos courses ainsi que quelques bonnes adresses de resto que nous avons testé et approuvé :-) Les lits étaient fait à notre arrivée c’est très appréciable quand on a fait de la route ! Nous avions juste à poser nos valises en profitant de la vue sur le petit port depuis la terrasse. La maison est bien équipée, lumineuse et tous les commerces ,ainsi que la plage sont accessibles à pieds . Nous recommandons vivement cette location

Excellent séjour à la Villa Raphaël

Excellent séjour à la Villa Raphaël. La Villa est propre, moderne et très fonctionnel. Nous avons passé quelques jours avec 2 autres couples d'amis. Chacun avait sa chambre et le fait d'avoir 2 salle de bain était très pratique. L'appartement est très bien situé car proche de la plage et sa terrasse qui donne sur la marina permet de passer des moments agréables à table. Outre une très bonne communication, Guy s'est montré très disponible pour répondre à toutes nos questions et a tout fait pour rendre notre séjour le plus agréable possible. Je recommande vivement la Villa Raphaël. Excellent stay in la Casa Raphael. The villa is Clean, modern and really practical. We stayed there with 2 couples of friends. Each couple has its own bedroom and we shared 2 bathrooms. The Villa is very well located as it is close to the beach and we had the view on the marina from the terrasse which allowed us to have really good times during meals or aperitives. We had a good communication with Guy who did his best to make our stay as enjoyable as possible. I warmly recommend the Villa Raphael.
