Descrizione soggiorno
Casa con finestra sul lago è una villetta familiare di 3 piani, dove i proprietari vivono al piano terra e al primo piano, mentre l’appartamento in affitto è situato al 2 piano (senza ascensore)
Vista molto suggestiva sul lago, casa pulita e arredamento rustico.
L’alloggio ha un salotto con divano letto ad una piazza e mezzo, una cucina, bagno e camera da letto con letto matrimoniale e lettino singolo.
Per scappare dalla frenesia della città è perfetta, problema che è ubicata di fianco alle rotaie del treno quindi ad ogni ora del giorno è della notte si sentono passare i treni. Anche con finestre e porte chiuse il problema non è purtroppo risolvibile.
I proprietari sono disponibili e il soggiorno è stato piacevole, ma non ci aspettavamo di essere ubicati di fianco al passaggio dei treni.

Siamo contenti che la casa in se vi sia piaciuta, mi spiace per i treni che si sono fastidiosi certo… ma in compenso non abbiamo pratica Traffico automobilistico che è praticamente assente.. io sinceramente preferisco un treno ogni tanto che il traffico martellante cittadino…
Ad ogni modo nelle foto si vendono i cavi alta tensione della ferrovia..
