This apartment was stylishly unique and in a great location close to the central train station and a short walk to all the major sites to see in Avignon. One note is that it is stair access only in an older building. Check-in was easy and the apartment was well equipped. The manager has multiple properties in Avignon, so if this one is booked, we recommend looking at the other ones.
This is a lovely apartment very well situated to explore Avignon. But there were some problems communicating with the owner as the email link and telephone number from the Vbro site only went to a software company not to the owner.
Some other things useful to know. The listing says parking but this is not strictly accurate. The information when sent with the access codes, did say there was parking nearby. While it is indeed close to the apartment, this is a public car park with charges of €26.80 per day. Also, the apartment in on the 3rd floor of the building with 54 steps to gain access.
We did contact the owner direct before leaving this posting suggesting that the listing should given the correct contact information, as well as more accurate information about parking and the situation on the 3rd floor. But must stress that none of these were an issue for us and the apartment is lovely. We only offer these suggestions to improve the listing.
No fuimos informados de q no tenía ascensor y era un tercer piso . Tampoco pudimos ver hasta el momento en que entramos en el apartamento en qué condiciones estaba la escalera ( grietas, ladrillos sueltos...) .
Tb es cierto q una vez en el apartamento; era una isla de quietud; decoración excelente, limpieza impecable, todo tipo de menaje, situación inmejorable y trato con la propietaria excelente.
L'appartement est tout neuf, tres bien équipé et confortable, tres bien situé. Ideal pour un sejour à deux. Le quartier est tres animé, parfois un peu bruyant la nuit.
