This luxury 3 bedroom ground floor golf apartment is located within the Hinojo 2 community of the award winning Las Colinas Golf and Country Club. The apartment is built to a very high standard with the latest technology, spacious rooms and a super modern look and feel. One of the great features is the large ground floor terrace in front of the communal pool. The lounge area has a large TV with international channels, sofa, dining area and a full kitchen with all modern appliances. The terrace area has outside dining so you can enjoy the south west facing sun or have an evening drink.

Las Colinas Golf & Country Club is located 10 km inland for the Mediterranean Sea, just 50 minutes from Alicante Airport and 40 minutes drive from Murcia International Airport. The resort is award winning and has restaurants, clubhouse and supermarket. The sports facilities include the par 71, 18 hole championship golf course designed by acclaimed architect Cabell B. Robinson that extends across the valley between the hills. The resort is not just about golf as other sports facilities include tennis, padel tennis, gymnasium and basket ball courts.

The resort also boasts its own private beach club overlooking the sea at La Glea beach in Campoamor. This is a perfect location to get away from it all and enjoy the sea, have a swim in the infinity pool or sit on the deck and have a coffee with the views over the Mediterranean sea.

We had a great stay at Las Colinas. The accommodation was very modern, clean and quiet. Access to a superb pool was a few steps away. The resort is very good and the golf course superb. A car is essential and nightlife is to be found off the resort which suited us fine. Would definitely stay here again.

+ very clean, equipped with bath/bed sheets + comfort in the kitchen with the necessary household appliances + mobile network is working perfectly + private terrace with lovely garden furniture and sun loungers. + garage with direct access to the flat - car necessary in this region
