The house is in Playa Flamenca on the Orihuela Costa, south Costa Blanca. 40 minutes south of Alicante airport and 45 minutes from Murcia (Corvera) airport. Close to many local attractions and less than a mile to the beach and Zenia Boulevard shopping and leisure complex. Furnished to high standard and fully equipped for up to 8 people and with air conditioning in all rooms.
This property is registered with the Ministry of Tourism for the Alicante region as a holiday let and meets all necessary requirements as a legal holiday let.

A home from home with the reassurance of renting a legally registered property that has to meet certain standards.
Ground floor: Large lounge/diner, kitchen, bedroom with two single beds, shower room.
The air conditioned lounge is bright, airy and well furnished with 2 sofas (4 seater and 3 seater) and a storage pouffe containing games, coffee table and reading lamp. There is Sat TV (mainly English language channels), DVD player & DVD's and PS2 console and games. Also ceiling fans. Heater for winter use.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a ceramic hob, oven, grill, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, kettle and all cooking utensils, crockery and cutlery.
Dining table for 6, additional bistro table and chairs can be used if 7 or 8 guests, and a dresser with books, dvd's, PS2 games and tourist information.
The shower room has a walk-in shower, wash basin and toilet.
The twin bedroom has hot/cold air conditioning and ceiling fan, two single beds, large wardrobe and two bedside tables.
Furnished terrace overlooking the pool with lockable gate. Large dining table, bistro tables, recliner chairs, coffee table, parasol, barbecue, plants give it a 'homely' feel.
First floor: Large master bedroom with a king size bed, hot/cold air conditioning, heater, ceiling fan, wardrobe, large dresser, bedside tables and a private furnished balcony. Room for cot or single bed if required.
Large twin bedroom with two single beds, option to add third single bed, with hot/cold air conditioning, ceiling fan, wardrobe, bedside tables and dresser.
The main bathroom has a bath with shower over, bidet, vanity wash basin and toilet.
All rooms are furnished with quality furniture and bedding.
Second floor: Furnished solarium with a sea view. There are sun loungers, three seater outdoor sofa and two armchairs and additional relaxing chair, coffee tables, bistro table and chairs.
All rooms have hot/cold air conditioning, ceiling fans and there are heaters in the lounge and master bedroom for winter guests, warm air in all rooms. Fully double glazed with security grills and blackout shutters. All electricity, wifi, bed linen and house towels included. Washing machine, iron, ironing board and hair dryer provided. Dishwasher in kitchen.
Cot with bedding and a highchair available at £10 each per stay and additional baby equipment can be hired separately. Beach/pool towels available to hire for stay at €2 each, payable to the keyholder on arrival.
Wifi internet provided and included. English language TV included.

There are two pools on the small residential community, one in a garden next to the house. This pool has a very large 'shallow end' and the pool is visible from all outside areas. The other pool cannot be seen from the terrace but is close by. The community is within walking distance of plenty of amenities. Ideal for family groups and multi-generation family holidays. Suitable for winter breaks and golfing holidays.
Please note that this is a three storey house with 8 steps up from the driveway to the gate so may not be suitable for some guests with mobility restrictions.
The Saturday street market is very close, the beach less than a mile away, wide choice of restaurants within 20 minutes walk catering for all tastes. Zenia Boulevard shopping centre with 150+ shops, bars and restaurants, free entertainment and a bowling alley is under 15 minutes walk away. Paddle courts and 3 mini or crazy golf courses within walking distance.

We live in the UK but have holidayed in Spain for the over 40 years, visiting family living there. We have 3 grown-up children and currently 8 grandchildren so our Spanish house is very much a family home when we are there.
Why they chose this property
Our short-list for the property was decided as a family. It had to be walking distance of the beach, restaurants and bars, with a pool that could be seen from the house, but quiet enough to enjoy a relaxing break. The location needed to be less than an hour from the airport in an area with no high rise developments. And the house needed to be big enough for the family. This house fulfills all the criteria and more.
Convenient for everything needed for a stay, even without a hire car, yet peaceful setting. Spacious but homely.

What makes this property unique
With all the necessary amenities and beach within walking distance a car is not essential. But just a short drive and you are in open countryside with orange groves and Spanish villages. The pool can been seen from all outside areas, from the terrace on two sides of the house, from the master bedroom balcony and from the large rooftop solarium, which also has sea views.
And if you love shopping the La Zenia Boulevard complex, with around 150 shops, is under 15 minutes walk from the house.
A legal, larger than average corner house, fully equipped and furnished to a high standard. We have guests who return for second, third or more stays.
