My friends and I stayed here on our golf trip. It was awesome with everyone getting their own rooms and bathrooms. Close to eating options and easy to get to everywhere we needed to go.
We didn’t spend a ton of time in the house since we were out golfing most of the day, but it was just what we needed. The location was super convenient—close to the courses, shopping, and food. The house was clean, and having separate rooms with ensuite bathrooms for everyone was a huge plus. The neighborhood was quiet with plenty of parking, which made things easy. The host was very communicative, checked in with us, and was always accessible during our stay. Overall, it worked out perfectly for our trip!
This is a smashing property in a great location, the rooms and facilities are great and it’s within easy walking distance to the city centre. Colin was very friendly and easy to deal with, I would definitely recommend this property to anyone

Property Manager was very good and provided timely information. The rooms were all well equipped with an ensuite in each bedroom. The place could use a deep clean and the windows need washing inside and out.
Great place for a large group to stay. Large, comfortable bedrooms for our 8 golfing travellers. The lounge/dining space provided for an ideal social space in the evenings. Colin was helpful and responsive. Recommended.
Our group of 11 enjoyed our stay at Bimini. The owner was fantastic to work with. It was wonderful to have a restroom connected with each room. I'll note the description is accurate in that the beds are double beds, which isn't always the best for a couple, but they worked well.
The kitchen is great and fully equipped, and the dining room/gathering room is wonderful as well.

It was kind of weird at first that the property has so many levels, but with a family of 12, we really enjoyed the separate rooms, all with en suite bathrooms. We found it homey and comfortable, clean and easy to relax. The host left a welcome basket that had wine, which was appreciated after traveling all day. The bus stop was not far and the neighborhood was a little funky looking but quiet. Right next door was an adorable plant store with kind and helpful staff. I recommend this property if you aren’t pretentious, it isn’t fancy, but it is very clean and comfortable. Thank you
The property was fantastic for us as an extended family for a long weekend. There was ample bedroom space for the three generations of the family as well as public spaces that could accommodate us all ( 3 couples and 5 children, all aged 5 or under) as well as other family members from Aberdeen who came to visit.Nothing was too much bother for our host who responded quickly to any requests.
As advertised, 9 BRs and 9 bathrooms, with a lounge, dining room, and kitchen-- all of which we made excellent use. Rooms were clean and functional. Car park at the back of the building. Easy walk to City Centre. Owner is responsive via text. What's not to like?!

What makes this property unique
We are in the heart of Aberdeen but only 500 metres ( 5 minute walk) to both the beachfront and the city centre attractions . For being in the city centre we are in a quiet peaceful location
