A small and cosy apartment in Barcelona’s Gràcia area, located just a few minutes from city centre and completely renovated in May 2019. <br>Situated on the ground floor (exterior) and measuring 40 m2, it’s ideal for a weekend getaway, holiday, or short-term stay. It sleeps up to 4 people, including children, and is fully equipped for a comfortable stay:<br><br>- Living/dining room with LED TV and USB port, Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and heating. Comfortable sofa bed for 2 people, measuring 150x200 cm. <br>-Fully equipped kitchen with a ceramic cooktop, microwave, Nespresso coffee maker, refrigerator, and everything you might need: hand blender, grater, cutting board, electric kettle, etc. <br>- Master bedroom with a 150x200 cm double bed, built-in closet, and equipped with both air conditioning and heating. <br>- Bathroom with a cabinet for storing personal items; includes a hair dryer, shampoo, and body wash. You’ll also have access to an iron and ironing board.

Tolles Apartment um die Stadt zu erkunden. Vieles zu Fuß erreichbar oder mit Metro/Bus. Abends viele tolle Restaurants/Bars in direkter Umgebung. Ausstattung: es hat an nichts gefehlt

L'emplacement est top a 10 min a pied de la sagrada familia, le metro est a coté, plein de café et resto aux alentours je recommande
