This charming and cosy apartment, with its open plan, modern and contemporary design, is ideal for couples or small family holidays. It is located on the 1st floor, without lift, in the apartment building Barceloneta Beach IV. It has twin beds, bathroom with shower, lounge-dining room with a double sofa-bed, spacious balcony and a fully equipped kitchenette.

It is close to the metro, with which it is easy to move around the city whilst, thanks to its ideal location, the Olympic Village is close by, as are thebeautiful spacious beaches of Barcelona. This apartment is very close to Barcelona Zoo and Ciudadella Park, which is a great place for picnicking, taking a boat ride or just enjoying its gardens.

Barceloneta Beach IV Apartments are located at Barceloneta Beach, considered one of the largest and most popular beaches among tourists in Barcelona, and where there is a great variety of prestigious restaurants and bars to enjoy a drink at sunset. There is also the possibility of enjoying all kinds of water sports.

The privileged situation of the apartments provides easy access to the rest of the city by metro, train and bus, as well as to visit other place of tourist interest, such as the Ramblas, the Sacred Family, Güell Park, etc.

TERMS & CONDITIONS:
CHECK IN- In accordance with the Organic Law for the Protection of Citizen Security it is compulsory for all guests staying in tourist accommodation establishments to be registered by means of a national identity document or passport. This information will be notified to the police within 24 hours of your arrival.

- Access to our apartments will be provided either by using an App on your Smartphone or by introducing a code on the keypad you will find next to the entrance door.

- As soon as your booking is confirmed we will send you an email which will include an attached form which we ask you to fill in with your personal details and those of the other guests before making the payment and signing the rental agreement.

- 24/48 hours before your arrival and once the form has been completed you will receive a link to activate the keys.

- We would kindly inform you that our system is unable to generate the access codes until all the guest details are registered, full payment received, and the agreement signed and returned.

- Our apartments have noise measurement systems and night security.

- We ask you to keep noise to a minimum between 10pm and 7am.

HOURS:- Check in time: from 3.00pm onwards.- Departure time: before 11.00am- Please inform us of your expected arrival time

DEPOSIT- Your deposit payment will be returned within a maximum of 72 hours as soon as the vacated apartment has been checked.
