Let me introduce you to my beautiful 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment. It’s located in Ppe de Vergara in the exclusive Salamanca area.
Our apartment is on the ground floor and features two spacious patios. One of them has a seating area. It’s a very bright apartment with exquisite decor.
As soon as you walk in, you’ll feel a sense of peace and brightness. Inside, you’ll find a dining room that seats 6 people, a living room with a TV and Movistar, where you can relax and enjoy your stay. The kitchen is separate, very spacious, and fully equipped. All 3 bedrooms have double beds, and one of them features an en suite bathroom.
Our apartment is designed to feel like home, featuring:
- 1 bedroom with a double bed and an en suite bathroom.
- 2 bedrooms with double beds.
- A second bathroom with a shower.
- Living rooms with a flat-screen TV and Movistar
- A dining room that seats 6 people.
- Fully equipped kitchen with: glass-ceramic cooktop, refrigerator, microwave, range hood, dishwasher, dishes/cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee maker, toaster, and electric kettle.
- 2 patios.
- Free Wi-Fi!

- We offer a FREE WEEKLY SERVICE, consisting of a weekly cleaning and a change of sheets and towels.
