About this property

Finca Sa Pleta - S'Espinagar

A country road leads us to the house. With a magnificent stone facade, we enter the house from the back, from the private parking lot. Inside we find a three-part large living room. The first part is in front of the sofa and a cast iron fireplace. Through an arch we reach the second part, which is designed as a dining room with a large table and a fully equipped open kitchen with beautiful oak colored furniture. Dining, living room and kitchen lead directly to the outside terrace.

On the ground floor we also find a toilet and a bedroom with double bed and a bathroom in suite with a shower.

On the 2nd floor is a bedroomwith a double bed and bathroom in suite and another room with two single beds. Last on this floor is a full bathroom with bathtub.

The outer terrace, last, is spacious and completely covered; there is a table to eat outside and enjoy the wonderful view. On the side of the house is a swimming pool and next to it an artificial lawn area with sun loungers.

The house has central heating, air conditioning in one bedroom, WIFI connection and satellite TV.

Ruhige Finca mit herrlichem Meerblick

Die Lage der Finca ist wirklich toll, die Ausstattung lässt kaum Wünsche offen. Die Küche könnte mehr Kochutensilien für Selbstversorger enthalten. Mückenschutz an Fenstern und Türen wären ein großer Vorteil.

Erhohlsame Ferien in einer tollen Finca

Die Finca ist sehr schön und etwas abgelegen was ein Vorteil ist wenn man es ruhig haben möchte. Die Bettmatratzen waren super, nicht zu weich oder zu hart. Sie ist zweckmässig eingerichtet und wir hatten sehr schöne Ferien. Beim Geschirr fehlen einige hilfreiche Dinge wie ein Schneidebrett oder ein mittelgrosser Topf. Der Zufahrtsweg ist kurz vor der Finca uneben und hat grosse Löcher, welche beim Auto Unterschäden verursachen können. Das WIFI ist okay aber leider im oberen Stock nicht empfangbar. Der Einbau bei einigen Fenstern von Fliegengittern wäre sicherlich auch eine gute Sache. Ansonsten hat es gepasst, vielen Dank
