Beautiful rural Finca with pool 10 minutes from the best beaches

In the south of Mallorca, between the towns of Campos and Santanyi is our Finca Gallicant. A beautiful stone house surrounded by a plot of 20 hectares and 1 kilometer from the road which ensures tranquility and relaxation.
Olive trees, pines and bushes of garrigue fill the broad terrain. A very large terrace with barbecue, the pool area surrounded by lawn and sun loungers will make your holidays unforgettable and exclusive.
About 10 minutes by car you can enjoy one of the best beaches in Mallorca; It is Trenc as well as the Mondragó Natural Park. The capital Palma is only 30 minutes away.
The town of Santanyi, with market every Saturday and the tourist town of Cala D'Or are 12 minutes away by car.

Gallicant is a charming rural house. It consists of 3 double bedrooms, two of them with bathroom en suite. 2 Bedrooms with king size bed and 1 bedroom with 2 single beds. There is a third separate and complete bathroom.
The living room has a double sofa bed, satellite TV and DVD player, fireplace.
The terrace with pergola leads to the dining room, both are furnished for 6-7 people
The kitchen with breakfast bar is fully equipped.
Free pool table
Change over day from June to September only on Saturdays. Before you book in other months ask about if we are flexible.
Heating in winter is not included in the quote 40 Euros per day. -Every 7 nights is included in the price 1 cleaning and change of linens and towels
Tourist Tax (ecotasa) not included 2 Euros per day per guest up to 16 years old

Haben das schöne Haus mit tollem Pool genossen. Allerdings sollte man für den Mietwagen eine Vollkasko abschließen, da man über einen engen Feldweg zu Haus fahren muss.

Es war eine sehr schöne Zeit

Trotz des widrigen wechselhaften Wetters haben wir den Aufenthalt in der Finca sehr genossen. Das Anwesen ist sehr gepflegt und Pepe ist ein sehr angenehmer und liebenswerter Gastgeber. Rundum war alles prima. Vielen Dank.

Absolut empfehlenswert!

Wir haben eine knappe Woche in dieser wunderschönen Finca verbracht. Das Grundstück ist riesig, alles ist gepflegt und sauber, es fehlt an nichts. Die Finca liegt etwas abseits, mit einem Mietauto sind jedoch Einkauf, Entsorgung, Restaurants und auch die Strände nicht weit gelegen. Wir haben die Ruhe sehr genossen, der Pool ist riesig und die grosse Terrasse bietet Raum für gemütliche Spielabende und Lesestunden. Entspannung pur! Herzlichen Dank an Pepe auch für den überaus netten Empfang!

Wunderschöne Finca, sehr privat und trotzdem gut gelegen. Freundliche Begrüssung und Betreuung durch den Eigentümer. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt genossen. Da die Temperatur während unserer Ferienwoche auch nachts sehr heiss war, wäre es wünschenswert, wenn in der Finca Deckenventilatoren oder Klimageräte zur Verfügung stehen würden. Aber sonst alles top.

Entspannung pur!

Wir haben den Aufenthalt in Finca Gallicant sehr genossen. Das Grundstück ist riesig und man hat sehr viel Ruhe. Das Haus ist sehr gut gepflegt und hat alles, was man braucht. Ein eigenes Auto bzw. ein Mietwagen ist zu empfehlen. Und Pepe, der Eigentümer, ist einfach toll. Ich habe bisher noch keinen so entspannten, aufgeschlossenen und zuvorkommenden Vermieter von Ferienhäusern erlebt. Er spricht fließend Deutsch und ist immer zu erreichen und hilfsbereit. Vielen Dank für die tolle Woche!

Herbstferien in der Finca Es Gallicant

Wir hatten einen rundum gelungenen Aufenthalt in der Finca Es Gallicant. Hervorzuheben sind die grandiosen Außenanlagen, mit großem Pool, wunderschönem Garten, Billardtisch und ausreichend Sitzgelegenheiten zum Essen, Sonnenbaden und Chillen. Auch die Finca an sich ließ nichts vermissen. Es gibt genügend Platz für vier bis sechs Personen und an Ausstattung ist alles vorhanden, was man für einen Finca-Urlaub benötigt. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt, was nicht zuletzt auch an dem sehr netten und hilfsbereiten Gastgeber lag. Pepe spricht quasi perfekt deutsch und war für jegliche Fragen immer erreichbar. Wir möchten auf jeden Fall gerne wiederkommen.

A loveley finca with a large pool

Initially we were a little worried following the gravel/dirt road to the finca, however we shouldn't have been worried. The finca is set within its own grounds with the nearest neighbour some distance away and never going to disturb you. There is a large deep swimming pool with grass surrounds and a sunbed area. It is a deep pool and even the shallow end is quite deep, so any kids need to be able to swim. Not for toddlers. Lots of birds flitting about the area and some great sunsets over the pool. The finca is well appointed with a large terrace. The bedrooms are all a good size and bathrooms similarly good. There is no air con, but couple of large fans. After a couple of nights we got used to the temperature, it was fine. The finca is only a 5-7 seven minute drive to Santanyi and Campos and 20-30 minutes from some great beaches. The airport takes 45 mins max. Doing the cash with Pepe seemed a bit odd when we booked but it was fine. He is a lovely man and his English is a lot better than he thinks. Don't let this bit put you off. I would recommend the finca and this part of Mallorca. Plenty to do, nice temperatures, nice people. Overall one of our best hols.

Perfekt für den Familienurlaub

Wir verbrachten eine sehr schöne Woche in Pepes Finca. Pepe ist ein sehr herzlicher Gastgeber und immer gut erreichbar. Ein grosses Plus für uns (mit 3 Kleinkindern) war der Zaun um den Pool und der grosszügige Aussenbereich mit Schaukel und Wippe. Tierfreunde werden sich über die "Finca-Katze" freuen, die ab und zu vorbeischaut - für starke Allergiker könnte diese allerdings ein Problem darstellen, da sie ab und zu auch auf dem Sofa im Haus drin schläft. Wir würden wiederkommen! Im Hochsommer allerdings erst wieder, wenn es Deckenventilatoren oder sogar eine Klimaanlage hat. Den extremen Temperaturen im Juli 2022 konnten auch die dicken Steinmauern der Finca nicht mehr trotzen.

Einfach super

Die Finca liegt sehr einsam, völlig ruhig auf einem naturbelassen Grundstück von 300tausend qm. Der Bereich direkt um das Haus ist gut angelegt. Wenn man auf der Terrasse sitzt, hört man nur die Vögel zwitschern. Der Pool ist sehr groß. Leider war es im März zu kalt, um ihm zu benutzen. Das Haus ist selbst für 3 Paare ausreichend und gut eingerichtet. Die Küche ist mit allem ausgestattet. Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt und werden bestimmt einmal wiederkommen. Der Inhaber Pepe ist sehr hilfsbereit, hat uns mit Wein und Kuchen verwöhnt und spricht ausgezeichnet Deutsch.

Sehr entspannter Urlaub in ruhiger Umgebung

Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit in der Finca. Sehr ruhig gelegen zwischen Olivenbäumen. Es befindet sich alles im Haus was man braucht, sehr gut ausgestattete Küche. Pepe ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und hat viele nützliche Tipps. Die Lage ist ein perfekter Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge. Wir kommen gern wieder 👌

Wunderbar!

Wir verbrachten 4 wundervolle Wochen auf der Finca. Wer Ruhe und Entspannung sucht, ist hier am richtigen Ort. Die Finca liegt auf einem sehr weiträumigen Grundstück und ist vollständig umzäunt. Wir waren erstaunt, dass es hier rund um das Haus so wunderbar Grün ist. Entspannung pur ist also angesagt. Der Garten und die Poolanlage sind sehr grosszügig und schön angelegt. Die Finca selbst ist gross und für 6 Personen gut geeignet. Alles war Blitzsauber und sämtliches Equipment das man braucht in einwandfreiem Zustand. Eine sehr schöne Terrasse lädt dazu ein, den Abend bei einem Glas Rotwein ausklingen zu lassen. Dabei hört man nur das Gezwitscher der Vögel. Pepe ist ein sehr herzlicher und aufmerksamer Gastgeber. Auch weiss er die Privatsphäre seiner Gäste zu wahren, ruft er doch vorher an, wenn der Pool gereinigt oder die technischen Anlagen zu warten sind. Unser Gastgeber überraschte uns bei einem Besuch mit feinen Pastelles aus der Bäckerei von Campos. Noch einmal ganz herzlichen Dank dafür, wir haben mit ihm den Kaffeeschwatz auf der Veranda sehr genossen. Pepe spricht ausgezeichnet Deutsch. In Campos sind sämtliche grossen Einkaufsläden vorhanden wie , Aldi, Lidl, Mercadona, Eroski und Müller. Per Auto ist man in 10 Minuten vor Ort. Einfach toll!!

Schöne Tage in der Einsamkeit

Aufenthalt September 2021

Wir waren 2 Wochen in der schönen Finca! das sehr gut gepflegte Haus,der große pool und aussengelände hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Die Kinder konnten Schaukeln oder Wippen. Der Poolbereiche ist durch ein Tor abgegrenzt,was uns als Eltern sehr entgegen kam. Unser Gastgeber Pepe war immer zu erreichen und hat uns bei eventuellen Fragen schnell geholfen. Nächstes Jahr auf jeden Fall wieder.👍 Muchas Gracias

Pepe, der Hausherr ist ein wahnsinnig freundlicher und herzlicher Mensch. Die finca selbst ist ein Traum. Wir haben Ruhe gesucht mit der Familie und haben sie gefunden. Pool ist super. Küche alles da. Schlaf und Badezimmersituation ein Traum. Perfekt. Wir kommen wieder.
