El DESCANSO de San Antonio has an excellent location in the heart of the old part of the city, close to interesting places such as the Tavira Tower, the Plaza de San Antonio or the Gran Teatro Falla and surrounded by the open commercial centre of the city. However, if you are looking to rest, don't worry about the noise because this flat is indoors and nothing can prevent you from doing so.



The 60m2 accommodation on the first floor with a lift is located in a building that was completely refurbished in 2021 and has two bedrooms and can accommodate up to four people thanks to its comfortable beds. In the master bedroom you will find a large queen size bed and built-in wardrobe. In the second bedroom you will find two very comfortable single beds and a built-in wardrobe. It also has a cosy living-dining room, decorated in detail for you to love, an elegant and simple kitchen equipped with everything you need to cook delicious dishes from Cadiz and a modern bathroom with shower where you can relax after strolling around the city.



Don't worry about sheets and towels when you come. The beds will be made when you arrive. In the flat you will also find iron for your clothes, cot and cot linen (if you let us know in advance) and hoover.



Guests must show a valid identity document and sign a tourist rental contract at check-in (in accordance with Decree 28/2016 of the Junta de Andalucía on Housing for Tourist Purposes).

The location is really central , you can walk to anything in the Old Town in 15 minutes the block is really modern and the WIFI is really good at 300mg download beds are comfortable None really

Lovely well equipped apartment

We loved being in the old town with easy walking everywhere. The apartment had everything you need for a comfortable stay. The kitchen was well equipped and the living room comfortable if you don’t want to go out every night.

Perfect location

Central but quiet located flat in a historical neighborhood in a very good standard. We had a great time and enjoyed the spanish way of life. The support of cadiz4rental with Rosa, Sandra, and Melisa was outstanding, thank you for all. Jorge pick us up from the airport and helped us, because our luggage was missing, everything went fine. The flat has a nespresso Maschine and deckchairs for the beach, wich is good to reach by foot. We staid for 12 days and calmed down after a stressful time in a very good way, thanks from Petra und Wolfgang

Great, clean place

The apartment is in a very good location in the best part of town (Plaza Mina, Plaza San Antonio, Calle Ancha) and amazing Alameda Apodaca and Genovese Park. La Caleta Beach is 15 minutes walk by the ocean. The entrance is easy for a baby stroller or wheelchair (elevator) Whole building was recently renovated and the internal patio is cleaned frequently. The apartment was very clean. The sheets and towels were of good quality. The king-size bedroom is comfortable. 2nd bathroom is small but the beds are ok. There are a lot of excellent built-in wardrobes. The living room sofa is comfortable, TV is perfect, kitchen has all you need to prepare simple breakfast or baby food. I highly recommend this apartment. It is also good for couple with babies.

La habitación es excelente! Quedamos 1 semana y todo ha funcionado muy bien. La decoración es muy contemporánea, hay de todo en la habitación y la ubicación en el centro histórico es perfecta. El staff de Cadiz Rental fue muy amigable y me dejó muy tranquilo con todo. Si procuras por una habitación en Cadis, la encontraste. No hay nada que identificamos que pudiera ser mejorado. Todo estava perfecto!!!!

La ubicación es perfecta, tienes un parking al lado. El alojamiento es perfecto, las camas son comodísimas, el sofá de la sala también. Tiene todo lo que uno necesita para una agradable estancia. Hasta tienes sillas de playa o paraguas, no se puede pedir más! Además el personal es muy amable y eficiente. Me parece que está todo perfecto.

Magnífica ubicación en una calle muy céntrica pero muy tranquila. Apartamento muy nuevo, limpio, camas muy cómodas con variedad de camas para elegir, muy bien decorado. Hemos pasado una semana estupenda. Repetiremos si volvemos a Cádiz.
