The Space:

Experience luxury on this expansive houseboat featuring five bedrooms, including two with king beds, one with a queen, one with a double, and one with two single beds. Each bedroom has an ensuite bathroom, one with a bathtub and four with showers. The home includes a sunlit living area, a fully equipped kitchen, and dining space for ten. Guests can enjoy a private sauna, a dedicated workspace, and two furnished outdoor decks. This family friendly retreat provides all linens, towels, and reliable internet access.



Guest Access:

● Guests will have access to the entire houseboat, except for the fireplace, designated solely for decorative purposes and strictly off-limits for guest use.

● There is 1 flight of stairs within the property.

A JOIVY employee will welcome you to the property, give you a tour, and provide keys.



Late Check-in Fees
