About this property

What could be better than a fully equipped, comfortable holiday home, near a beach and a lovely port?

Armiriki Holiday Home is a two-level maisonette that measures 80 sq.m. and can easily
sleep up to 5 persons. It is located on the first and the second floor; the owners live on
the ground floor. The main entrance leads to the living room, the fully equipped modern kitchen and to a bathroom with a shower. The living room is equipped with a corner sofa, where a person can sleep. This floor features a veranda with an outdoor dining table and a view of the sea.

The upper floor has two bedrooms, equipped with a double bed and two single ones, respectively. The two single beds can be combined to form a second double bed, if you wish. Both bedrooms have access to a shared balcony with a relaxing view of the sea, and this level features an additional bathroom with a shower. All rooms offer the guests a view of the Ionian Sea and the nearby port of Agios Nikolaos.

Quintessential beach town

We stayed at this perfect little beach house with our three daughters. The house is very comfortable with gorgeous views overlooking the harbor and pebble beach. We were welcomed by the owners, who were very good at making sure everything during our stay was just perfect. The house is well equipped and have great AC and Wi-Fi. We choose this Noth East area of the island because we wanted to stay away from the crowds and busy beaches on the southern part of the island. This is the perfect little beach town where the street facing the water is lined with small restaurants and shops, and we were soon on a first name basis with several of the locals. We did several short drives to visit various beaches, and a winery up in the hills, and several restaurants. We also took a bout tour and then decided to rent our own little motorboat for the day, just to explore the little caves and beaches on our own. This trip will remain a fond memory for all of us as a very special time.
