Navagio house is a traditional house in the port of Agios Nicolas in the north side of Zakinthos island. Agios Nicolas port is the nearest point to the famous beach Navagio -Shipwreck and to the famous Blue Caves . The house is only 20meters away from the sea and Agios Nicolas beach . It has a magnificent view to the sea 3 bedrooms , kitchen , bathroom , privacy , and anything you need for your holidays. The Agios Nicolas port has many restaurants bars super market etc which are only 1 minute away on foot from the house. You may also rent boat for private trips to Navagio beach 20minutes away and to Blue caves 10 minutes away or just swimming in the beach of Agios Nicolas which is in front of the house. Worst stay ever

This property needs a severe overhaul. Everything is old and dirty. Kitchen cupboards are falling apart, bathroom is the worst I have ever been in. Shower small, toilet seat old and a hole in it, actual toilet dirty and stained....horible. We were supposed to be there for 5 nights, lucky we got delayed a night and then friends were leaving early from their accommodation and let us stay there. This place could be amazing if some time and money was spent on it. Definitely not worth what we paid. Location great and the hosts responsiveness to our messages about dirty linen and house was great, but house needs a complete overhaul.

Völlig verdreckt

Unser Aufenthalt in dieser Unterkunft war sehr kurz (ca.20min) Es war unzumutbar dort zu bleiben. Küchenbereich, Bad und Möbel waren in einem verdreckten und verklebten Zustand. Laut Reiseveranstalter sollte sich ein Jacuzzi in der Anlage befinden, aber diesen gibt es garnicht.Rückerstattung gab es weder vom Vermieter noch vom Veranstalter.

Your lies are unbelievable! First of all there is nowhere in our description that the house has a Jucuzzi there isn’t also any photos from Jucuzzi because it doesn’t exist ! There is not any other complaint about Jucuzzi from previous customers ! You came at 18th of August and you stay for about 20 minutes and then you told me that you want to leave with the excuse that your children doesn’t like the place ! You tried to cancel the reservation at the arrival day as you said in our conversation at what’s app ! I refund you the half amount of the price in order not to loose all your money and after that you started an unacceptable extortion that if I don’t refund you all the money you will write a bad review! At 19 th of August I informed vrbo.com about this unacceptable extortion ! The worst experience from customer ever ! I highly recommend all the owners to be very careful if accepting reservation from you !

The house location was good!! However the house was so dirty when we got there !! Being with little kids we had to do some cleaning !! Communication was great and the owner gave us plenty of places to visit and eat !!
