The beach view was fabulous, the unit is on the 15th floor and we could see fish swimming in the shallow water. The condo is very nice. The resort has great amenities, the sky bar was our favorite. The parking garage made parking so convenient.

Beautiful scenery. Getting to condo was confusing. Refrigerator was sounding an alarm the whole time every hour on the hour but apparently it was my fault because I did not communicate properly!!

This was a perfect vacation spot for the 4 of us. The pictures listed are exactly how the condo looks. Kitchen is stocked with all the basics needed to cook your own meals and the balcony view was beautiful. We enjoyed our stay here

Loved our Getaway

This condo had everything we needed for our week at the beach. We had a phenomenal view from our balcony and we loved being just steps away from the beach! We enjoyed the resort itself, with Starbucks downstairs for morning drinks and the sky bar for our evening drinks. We love PCB and would definitely return to this unit.

First time staying at Emerald Beach Resort, and it did not disappoint! The condo was beautiful, clean, and breathtaking views of the gulf & sunset! The manager was very accommodating. No waiting on elevators & they were right outside our room! Parking was easy access with plenty of carts for luggage. Couldn’t have asked for a better Girl’s Trip getaway! We will be back!

Great experience with Emerald Coast. Thorough communication throughout booking and pre-arrival. The location was convenient to shopping, food, grocery, and entertainment. Easy and secure parking. The unit had some cosmetic deficiencies that were easily overlooked. The accompanying beach service was definitely a deciding factor in our site selection. We will definitely be return customers.

Great Location

The location was great! The beaches were clean and Beautiful! The unit wasn’t the cleanest but ok. The resort had a lot of things closed which were not noted when we booked. The biggest negative was the slow elevators and with the condo on the 15th floor, the stairs were not an option. The owners were very responsive.

Thank you for your four star review I am sorry that you thought the bed was too firm unfortunately we cannot match mattress preferences from soft to extra firm for all of our guests but we have not had any complaints previously. You only have four people in your party so six arm bands were provided in case you needed a spare. The shower handle has been fixed.

Beautiful views, nice complex in need of capital improvements

Beautiful views, nice complex however in need of capital improvements and a women's touch. The unit was very nice would be a 5 however the sliding door did not work properly which made balcony access difficult, a cracked mirror on the closet door. The unit could use a women's touch and with the cost of the rental some capital improvements should be completed. Overall we would stay again! PCB is a great place for family and adult fun.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Good price for the rental. Things I would fix: ice maker doesn't work, crack in bedroom mirror, mold on shower ceiling and knob doesn't work properly, two side chairs have issues with their legs so we did not sit in them. Floors and surfaces needed swept and wiped down. Need a broom and dust pan in the unit.
