Great experience at this very large 2 bedroom property. Has everything you need and is a great location. Easy check in; and short walk to beach or high street.

Cool second floor apartment on top of a 100 yr old pub. Seconds away from the beach, the place was clean and spacious. Only wish we could have spent more time there . . .

Everything you would need in this apartment. Well equipped, spotlessly clean and comfortable beds. Spacious and modern.
Apartment was spacious and attractive. Well provisioned with everything needed for cooking. Location was outstanding, walking distance to the beach, excellent and varied restaurants, and a premier golf course. The pub downstairs was great fun for a couple of golfers as there were lads ready to compare courses and games.
Unfortunately, we could never get the heat to work. We communicated with the property manager and even sent pictures of the boiler. This was the only hiccup in an otherwise excellent stay.

Fabulous flat
We rented the flat for 5 nights for a family wedding ,plenty of space lovely high ceilings ,beds vrty comfy ,kitchen well appointed ,only downside there was no surface space for toiletries, makeup etc but we managed ,the flat is above a pub and Friday night the police were there and sat there was a rock band ,the biggest problem is parking its a nightmare came home with 4 parking tickets between 3 cars we constantly had to move them around ,but overall a fantastic flat would come again

Thanks for staying Caroline. I'm delighted you enjoyed the apartment. I'm sincerely sorry you had such troubles with the parking, I could imagine that would have been frustrating! Please come back any time. All the best. Rebecca & Team HAT
Check-in was very difficult to organise,as we were already travelling with limited internet, and there was no way to contact a human. We had to go to a friend's house and her daughter brought her laptop over for us to use, not sure we would have managed if we hadn't had help!
On arrival, the stairs leading to the property were dirty (dog hair & lots of cigarette ends) and we had to run the gauntlet of the steps with 2 very large, enthousiastic and barky dogs. They were friendly but very intimidating. Anyone who is nervous of dogs should not stay here, and I think this should be mentioned on the website. Once inside, the appartment was lovely. We would have liked some recycling facilities.
