Modern interior design blends with traditional Highland character to create our unique & special space. Only a short walk from the beautiful River Ness & a wide range of dining experiences, traditional pubs & great shops means you can explore the capital without the hassle of finding a parking space.
Our Clan Fraser themed interior features a designer kitchen with marble worktops, 4 seat dining area, 4k tv with Netflix, window seat & persian rugs. Underfloor heating throughout overlaid by hardwood floors.
A family bathroom offers a powerful rainfall head shower along with a hand held spray. Shaver sockets & anti mist mirrors as well as a heated towel rail too.
Our apartment within an apartment is our grand master suite with its own little corridor leading to a deep sprung double bed pocket mattress dressed with 800 thread count Egyptian cotton. We also have a bedside bluetooth speaker & USB charging in both our Grand Master Suite and the twin bedroom too.
Our trademark solid copper double tub is complemented by a spacious en suite shower room with a double width shower space offering the choice of a spa jet shower or rainfall head.
Full length mirrors, heated towel rails, luxury linen, bathrobes, slippers & white fluffy towels are all part of what we offer. With a compact desk we offer plug in ethernet connections for a faster and more reliable laptop connection.
From each bedroom you can open onto your own private patio with high level privacy fencing and your very own entrance to our private car park.
You have a private space out back for parking one vehicle plus a visitors space when available or even on street parking nearby.

Why they chose this property
This was a history filled Victorian Villa built in the late 1800's featuring traditional building techniques that we have fully upgraded to include eco-insulation, underfloor heating, ethernet throughout plus many more extras to give a perfect blend of traditional values and modern day convenience.
What makes this property unique
A spacious open plan feel greets you as you walk through your private entrance and solid wood front door of Frisco Villa. Maybe you will notice our panelled walls and hardwood floors. Or even the historical maps, pictures and archive photo galleries dotted throughout themed around The Clan Fraser.
A well equipped open plan lounge kitchen boasts a large 4 seat table, great for when you fancy dining in. The designer Italian Carrara marble kitchen features high end integrated appliances all built in to our cobalt blue and brass kitchen units.
The family bathroom is equipped with both a rainfall shower as well as a hand held spray delivering lashings of high powered hot water. A heated timer towel rail makes sure your crisp white fluffy towels and robes are always comfortingly warm.
The master bedroom has its own short corridor and solid wood door giving a high degree of privacy and virtually an apartment within an apartment. All our beds are deep pocket sprung for maximum comfort at night. A king sized bed with a table each side for bedside USB charging means you need never be away from your phones!
The centrepiece of our space is the roll-top solid copper double tub that's just waiting to soak all your daily aches away. Combined with the en-suite wc, double sized spa shower, rainfall head, body jets and a hand held spray this is one room you will find hard to leave each morning! With blackout velvet curtains and a door to the terrace you can always choose to dine outside on our custom cushioned furniture in our little sun-trap if the Highland weather allows.
Two twin beds in our second guest bedroom have built in USB charging at the bedside plus an in-built bluetooth speaker which you will also find in the master suite. Each bedroom is equipped with an Alexa smart speaker for wake up calls, music or all kinds of information available for the asking.
If ever you need any advice or assistance we will never be far to give a helping hand.
