About this property
The Highlander - first floor apartment
Traditional yet luxurious Victorian villa apartment in one of the city's best central locations with private off street parking.
SKY TV, Netflix, broadband wifi, washer/dryer, centrally heated.
Just a short walk from the beautiful River Ness & a wide range of dining experiences, traditional Highland pubs & excellent shopping facilities means you can explore the capital without the hassle of finding a parking space.
Modern design fused with locally made tartan to create a warm, inviting space. This is a 100 year old Victorian apartment tastefully modernised to create a modern twist on a traditional Highland space.
Warm carpets, antique rugs and super sprung beds with soft Egyptian cotton makes for a peaceful nights sleep. Modern well equipped kitchen with built in microwave and traditional oven, ceramic 4 ring hob, full height fridge freezer plus quality washer dryer means all holiday essentials are taken care of.
With enough space in the living room to both dine at the table or relax on the leather Chesterfield couch, you’ll hopefully find time to browse SKY TV on our wall mounted large screen tv. A large luxury double shower with a choice of either a rainfall head or classic spray jet means you can enjoy lashings of instant hot water for a truly relaxing bathroom experience. Quality deep pile white cotton towels, bathrobes and bedroom slippers complement the soaps and shower gels waiting for your arrival.
Look out for our hand mounted kilts and sporrans, mixed media saltire, plus a few other quirky design features and you’ll start to feel the appeal of our unique Highland retreat. Private parking for one vehicle at rear with a shared visitors space if required.
To access the property, keys will be found in the self check-in key pad lock, making contact free check in easy & convenient. Short flight of private stairs through private door leads upstairs to landing and hall off which you will find bedroom one with a large double bed then bedroom two with two full size oak single beds. A double shower bathroom with heated towel rail lies opposite the living room followed by a modern gloss white kitchen. This is one of the best city centre locations for both tourists and business travellers alike. Close to some really great dining experiences with reasonable pricing plus an easy walk brings you within many of the city's finest pubs and cafes.
It's not far to both the main bus and train stations, plus there's a local bus stop right across the street.
The city centre is only a short 7 minute walk away. There’s a bus stop opposite plus private parking at the rear. Inverness is easy to get around by foot or short taxi ride.
There's a late opening mini mart store with post office just across the street for grocery shopping on your doorstep.
This is biker friendly accomodation as the parking is overlooked by the apartment and benefits from a motion detecting floodlight covering the car park area as well as secure ground anchor points. There's parking for one vehicle plus a visitors space when available. On street parking is also close by.
