Spacious 3 Bedroomed Bungalow in a quiet cul de sac in the City of Inverness. Property has a front and side garden, a secluded back garden with a patio set. Off road parking for 2 vehicles. Smart TV, with Netflix included and Full Fibre Broadband installed. Supermarkets within a 2 minute drive... Only 5 minutes drive or 20 minute walk from the City Centre. Bus stop within 300m of the property, with frequent buses running to the centre of town and the retail parks.
High levels of cleanliness maintained at all times. Good quality bed linen and towels provided.
Washing machine and detergent provided. Free standing airer and retractable washing line for wet laundry.
Iron and ironing board in cupboard, 2 hair dryers available.
Kitchen is well equipped, cleaning materials provided, dishwasher(tablets provided), kitchen roll, cling film, tin foil and bin liners stocked. Tea/coffee and sugar stocked also, as are condiments.
Breakfast pack on arrival, including bread, milk, butter, jams, cereals and biscuits.
Bathroom has a shower and a bath.

The bungalow is situated in a quiet cul de sac away from the main roads. It has a fringe and side garden secured with a metal fence, ideal for your furry friends, and also has a secluded back garden with table and chairs to relax on in those nice days
