February in Benalmadena

The location is great, right next to the marina so easy access to either Benalmadena or Torremolinos. Not sure if there has been an issue with damp as there were a couple of internal walls showing discolouration. We had a minor issue with the shower door but communicated this back to the team so hopefully this will be resolved before the next visitors arrive. Other than the above the apartment was great

A really disappointing experience

Our apartment booking for my husband’s birthday turned sour due to several issues. Despite nice photos, the service was awful. Insufficient bedding, including no duvets or blankets, left us cold in March. The kitchen lacked enough wine glasses and tea cups. Despite contacting the agents, Jitkey, multiple times, we received no satisfactory resolution. Loose WIFI wires, mold, and even a cockroach further added to the disappointment. VRBO, contacted for assistance, failed to offer meaningful help or compensation. Overall, a highly disappointing experience.
