Sun-kissed luxury Medeterranean villa

This beautiful Mediterranean house is located on the beautiful slopes of mountain Kozjak, overlooking Adriatic sea. Equipped with everything you can need for your perfect vacation, it offers complete privacy as well as amaizing grounds with pool, outdoor living, sauna, jacuzzi, fitness room, ...
Located just far enough from the main road that the noise does not bother you, but can quickly get either to Split or Trogir, as well as Split airport.
The house has ground floor with separate kitchen, big living room, dining room, half bathroom. Living room opens up to the outdoor. A big pool, jacuzzi, sauna, outdoor dining for 10 people, a playing field for football, volleyball, badminton, etc. (equipment provided).
First floor is where the bedrooms are located. Master bedroom has a kind size bed, an en-suite and balcony. Three other rooms share one bathroom and have balconies. One is with a queen bed, one with bunk beds 90x200cm, and the last one has two 120x200cm beds.
All rooms exept the one with bunk beds have their own air-conditioning
Guests have the whole property for themselves: the house with private parking, outdoor space with terrace, barbecue with seating, pool, sauna, jacuzzi, fitness room.

Nice villa with an astonishing view as well as facilities.

We were a group of 6 adults (3 couples) and 1 small kid (3 years old) and stayed at this villa for 5 days. We enjoyed our stay a lot and everything was as described and as it was on the pictures. There could be some improvements though such as having more kitchen stuff (plates, cutlery, etc...) also in the second kitchen near the pool and also having a second dish washer there. This could have made us to not move these things so many times between the main kitchen and the second kitchen near the pool. The owner was very responsive and kind and resolved whatever we needed really fast (in less than an hour!) which was really nice. The villa has an astonishing view over the see, which you will never forget :)
