Modern Comfortable Apartment with Balcony and Garage. Great Location for Skiing.

The three bedroom, two bathroom penthouse apartment is situated on the second floor of Chalet D'Emma. It is superbly located at just a few minutes’ walk from the centre of the picturesque village of Samoëns. It is modern, peaceful, family-friendly and light and airy.

There is a master bedroom with a double bed and ensuite, a double bedroom with a double bed and another bedroom with two single beds suitable for children only. All bedrooms have blackout blinds, which are perfect for a good sleep. There is a separate bathroom and one separate toilet. The spacious lounge has a dining table and chairs, a comfortable sofa and a reading chair. It also has wi-fi and a TV. The attached kitchenette is well-equipped and includes an oven, microwave and dishwasher. The lounge opens onto a south west-facing balcony with stunning mountain views and a table with seating for four. There is also a private parking space and garage.

The apartment is ideal for both winter sports and summer activities. During Winter, Samoëns has direct access, via the nearby Grand Massif Express to the Grand Massif ski Domaine. Most of the pistes are north facing, which means the snow is reliably heavy and of great quality. The area offers a wide range of winter activities including skiing, snowboarding, snowshoeing and ice climbing. The free and frequent ski bus stops a few meters away from the apartment and provides easy access to the main ski lift.

During Summer, Samoëns offers a wide range of activities and things to do. In the village, there is a park, a swimming pool and a popular market, for example. The surrounding mountains offer endless opportunities for walking, horse riding, rock climbing, via ferrata, paragliding, white water rafting, mountaineering and mountain biking.

In Samoëns village, there is a good selection of cafés, restaurants and shops for mountain equipment, local foods and wines.

The nearest airport is Geneva. Geneva to Samoens is 80km and transfers take approximately one hour by taxi or car.

Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
1. Take all rubbish to the bins or recycling facility. 2. Put all used duvet covers, pillow cases and towels in the bath. However, please leave the mattress protectors and pillow protectors on.
3. Close all windows, the balcony door and the balcony shutter. 4. Turn the dishwasher on, if there are dirty items in it.
5. Leave the set of keys on the kitchen table. Use the key in the key safe to lock the apartment and return it to the key safe as you leave.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
The cleaning fee applies to up to 4 guests staying in up to 2 rooms. An additional fee of 50EUR will be charged for up to 4 guests staying in 3 rooms

A really nice apartment

We went there for skiing and the aparment with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms a garage and a place to dry our skiing gear was perfect for this purpose.

Great location

The apartment is as described, very well equipped, clean and spacious with lovely views over towards the Grand Massif. Its location is ideal, its only a short walk into the lovely village of Samoens. Communication with Lianne has been excellent and made the whole rental process easy. Would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a fabulous holiday.

Short Ski Break

Great stay, the apartment is very spacious and has everything you need. We were staying for a long ski weekend, it's about a 10 minute walk into the village, and you can either walk to the lift or get a ski bus. Comms was great with Lianne, and the check in process was very easy. Thank you.

Beautiful apartment in a great location

Apartment was lovely, clean and modern. Excellent location 10min walk from centre of village and 15min walk to gondola. Communication with Liana was quick and straightforward. Would recommend! Only one thing to point out is that although the ad listing shows 2 bathrooms there is only one toilet, the en suite has shower and sink only.

Instructions for arrival could have been clearer as we arrived late it was dark and raining and harder to find partly due to navigation. However once that was sorted we were very pleased to find that the place was lovely. Good size and nicely decorated and clean etc. It's a great location near a bus stop amd 10 min walk into Samoens. We had a car and parking was easy.While the apartment was lovely and cosy we were a little disappointed to find a stained towel and some hairs in bedding and when changing sheets amd end of stay stains on duvet amd mattress protector. Not a biggy but a little surprised.Would recommend the place though as all in all very nice and great location.

Bel appartement pour découvrir Samoens. Bien équipé mais nous n'avions pas remarqué qu'il était près de la route départementale ; heureusement, il était bien isolé. Il ne manquait juste la perche pour ouvrir les velux. La propriétaire nous a bien guidé pour le check in. ENFIN
