Could be better

Paving slabs uneven up to caravan. Main bedroom had a stale smell of bodily odour also the pillows and duvet. Had to buy air fresheners but smell still lingered. No hot water or gas when arrived had to ring up and ask what to do?. On site passes wasn’t value for money wasn’t able to access swimming pool as booked up all our stay. Show bar you couldn’t get seated and it took nearly an to hour to be served
