Arrived to find accommodation filthy, bed not changed, bins not emptied, no loo paper etc. Contact with Host and Stay was via a far east 3rd party call centre (poor English). Had to provide photos to prove. Then they said they would send cleaner (8.30 at night). Then moved us to alternative property across town. Eventually ate at midnight. Then got phone call next morning to say we had to return to original property. If we didn't go we would be trespassing. Had to repack and move. Now they are chasing us for payment for the alternative property. Hours on phone, holiday ruined and now more stress. Reported to Vrbo on online chat. Awaiting response from "specialist team". Please respond asap with an offer of compensation
