In a small residence type townhouse Large studio about 25m2 (2 to 3 people) or 2 room apartment (2 to 5 people) about 35m2, comfortable, recently renovated, very quiet and sunny. Standing, very good condition, wooden floor, shower, wc, fitted kitchen, quality sleeping, television, free WI-FI. Bed linen and towels are provided. Shops are nearby and transport (Bus and Metro). Parc de la Villette is 15 minutes by metro, Gare du Nord 25 minutes.

Simple, but ok. Sockets were hidden under the bed or beneath the sideboard.
At night young people were celebrating in a car directly in front of the window. Talking with them helped.
The contact person for the apartment wasn't really interested ("not our clients. Please call the police if you feel disturbed").
Also someone came in our apartment to take away two blankets. An information in advance would have been helpful, as an apartment feels like a private place.
Besides that everything was fine.
