Nous avons passé une séjour très agréable, dans une très belle villa bien équipée, avec un garage très spacieux où nous avons pu ranger voiture, remorque et moto. Très bonne literie, climatisation, jardin très fleuri, un petit coin de paradis où nous envisageons de retourner.

Authentisches Haus mit alten Bäumen, Weinrebe und toller Lage über dem See

Sehr freundlicher und hilfsbereiter Gastgeber.Die Küche ist mit den notwendigen Geräten gut ausgestattet. Terrasse mit Esstisch und Sonnenliegen für den Garten sind vorhanden. Eine große Garage und elektrisches Tor - auch an der Einfahrt - sichern ein Auto perfekt ab. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Restaurants und ein kleiner Shop sind in Laufnähe. Der nächste Strand ist nur die Straße runter, dabei ist es empfehlenswert, das Auto zu nehmen.

Sehr guter Gastgeber

Der Aufenthalt in Toscolano-Maderno war von unterschiedlichen Einflüssen geprägt. Zum einen hatten wir ein paar Regen- und Gewittertage und zum anderen ist die Lage der Villa Bouganville für Menschen die dem Alltags-Lärm entfliehen wollen, alles andere als optimal. Unmittelbar am Grundstück führt eine nicht zu unterschätzende kleine Straße vorbei, die es von Früh zeitig bis sehr Spät Abends in sich hat. Die Villa selbst ist absolut in Ordnung, sie ist sauber, ordentlich eingerichtet und hat Charme und Charakter. Wer allerdings Luxus und neuwertige Austattung im Innen- und Außenbereich erwartet, ist hier fehl am Platze. Dem Ort selbst konnten wir leider nicht soviel abgewinnen, da vieles in die Jahre gekommen und wenig neu restauriert aufgewertet erscheint. Durch gute Lage und gute Anbindung der Auto-Fähre, erweist er sich aber als optimaler Startpunkt für tolle Ausflüge in fast alle Richtungen. Der Gastgeber Augusto hat maßgeblich dazu beigetragen, dass der Urlaub positiv in Erinnerung bleibt, da er um uns sehr bemüht, von der Art her sehr angenehm, allgemein sehr freundlich und entgegenkommend und vor allem sehr hilfsbereit und gut erreichbar war.

Liebe Sandra, Daniel & Harley, Ich freue mich, dass Sie „Villa Bouganville“ absolut schön, sauber, gut eingerichtet, mit Charme und Charakter gefunden haben! „Borgo Cecina“ ist eine antike Stadt römischen Ursprungs (die Straßen sind eng, weil einst nur kleine, von Tieren gezogene Karren durchfuhren) und ihre Mauern und Häuser stehen unter dem Schutz des Ministeriums für Kulturerbe. Auch die Villa Bouganville behält diesen romantischen Stil bei, nicht luxuriös, aber bewusst ortstypisch, ist jedoch mit einer modernen Klimaanlage, WLAN, Sat-TV, elektrischem Tor und Garage, Bewässerungssystem im wunderschönen mediterranen Garten mit Orangenbäumen ausgestattet , Olivenbäume, Glyzinien, Palmen und Bougainvillea, natürlich immer im Stil dieses herrlichen alten Dorfes! Leider hat das außergewöhnlich schlechte Wetter Ihren Aufenthalt nicht begünstigt und Ihrem schönen Hund nicht ermöglicht, den Garten zu genießen, aber ich hoffe, Sie in Zukunft wieder als meine willkommenen Gäste begrüßen zu dürfen!!! Wie schon in vielen Kommentaren geschrieben wurde: Alles super! Hervorzuheben ist der nette, persönliche Kontakt zu dem Vermieter, der ein ehrliches Interesse hat, den Urlaub so schön wie möglich zu gestalten. Vermieter ist eigentlich das falsche Wort... Gastgeber trifft es viel besser!
